The staff RUDE. Doesnt suit for family vacation. If you have bulk of luggage do not stay here. There is no elevator no parking provided. The aircond was leaking and only repaired the 2nd day and leave us hours without ac only fan. Terrible experience staying here

Too many stairs, safe didn't work, no bottled water in the room each day (which is a normal condition in Thailand and Cambodia.
