This place didn’t worth $57 they took from us , our room was dirty and full of mosquitos. The place is full Cuban workers they come get on a lousy bus at 3 am , not to mention the swimming pool party all night long . Worse place in town .
Since the last time I went there, there's a lot of improvement. The Wi-Fi is getting better. The staffs had always been great they very friendly, great personality, they always ready to help. They recently expand they have more rooms and a brand new indoor bar. There still room for improvement.
It’s a nice hotel, the staff is excellent. And i will stay there whenever i go to haiti again

Overall experience at the hotel was okay, but there some work that can be done. Staffing was great. The food was okay, they need to have more choices for Breakfast. There Wifi needs to be better, because the wifi only works in certain area of the building and not in the rooms, they also needs to fix the channels for the TVs in the room as well.
Nothing was working while I was there. The bathroom was a mess and I had to come to clean my room. There was a big shortage of water, TV was not working, and the AC. The was very uncomfortable. The fridge and microwave were bad. There are a lot things that need to be fixed in this hotel.....
I stayed for one night at this nearby property to the airport after a flight cancelation. This hotel seems primary set for Cubans, all memos are written either in Spanish or English. Our room had many flies even with air conditioning, a standard 2 star property. Customer service there was awful not certain if it was simply because we were a Haitian couple but you could tell the service we were receiving was different from the tourist coming from Cuba. I did feel it was important to leave a review mostly in regards to my experience with breakfast. The hotel stay came with breakfast, we were denied breakfast and were advised that the only breakfast they offered was made with Cuban spices and Haitian do not eat the food and this was mentioned to us after 30 minutes waiting for eggs and bread that they initially said we were receiving. Now they did not know I am a travel agent by profession and I travelled to Cuba and I have experienced Cuban food first hand and never had any issues. I also want to press the issue that this location has nothing to do with Cuba, as Cuban hospitality is top in the Caribbean and this is a poor representation of anything Cuban. No I would never go back to this property mainly because I find it ridiculous for a hotel to be in Haiti and have nothing for the Haitians, it was really hard to ear this words ’’Haitians do not eat here’’; besides being borderline racist, I would never say Canadians don’t eat here while in Canada (home town). We simply left.
They picture they show is not real they I spend 6 days I enjoyed only the view the pool. they internet for the guest never working for me Toilet paper on demand they have lake on the woof. for the neighborhood is go
This hotel is awesome! Very clean with friendly and accommodating staff. They went the extra mile and made us a vegetarian meal when there wasn't one on the menu. The pool is lovely and, while the rooms aren't completely modern, it was very clean. They even provided us with bottled water! I would absolutely stay here again.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, however the hotel is not that clean as it appear on the outside. And it needs a lot of work and upgrade as well in the inside.
When we arrived late in the evening, our rooms had been given away, even though we prepaid. Almost no one spoke English. I would not recommend this location!
Great location and safe area. Nice pool and nice outside bar. Good looking hotel from outside. AC and room fridge working great.
But, hotel lacking professional Management, Limited staff who are nice and trying their best.
No wall mirror in the bathroom, was removed and no place to put toothbrush, tooth paste and other toilet stuff in the bathroom. Shower curtain was nasty. And roaches were sharing the room, mainly the bathroom. Need to hire professional cleaners or provide the ones who are currently working there with adequate tools. Well maintained with professionalism, this hotel can cost more than the current rate.
I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, management is a mess. They do not know how to treat guests because they claimed to be the "owner" .Borjan the manager is rude. Room looks terribly bad, even if you asked for cleaning housekeeper refused because your room was not on their lists. Never will I stay at something like that.
Nice secure hotel I stayed eight days and seven nights and the staff were very professional also very helpful. The hotel was clean and the food was good
I reserved for a king bed they gave me a full size I can't call that bed but they know what is that but me I don't know .iwas so very upset I never sleep over .
The hotel location and layout is not bad. The staff try but they are not properly trained to deal with international guests. Their thinking and actions are locally (Haitian) orientated.
I had problems finding the hotel because the online information, especially the phone number is bad. Once at the hotel, things got a bit better, but the staff need to be more diligent.
Management seem to have a system for guest check-in but the system, like everything else in Haiti, is ancient.
The place could potentially rival any mid-size hotel in Petionville but it needs a more progressive and modern staff and thinkers.
