This place is an annual go-to for us. There are cheaper places to stay, but the convenience, the staff, and the facilities make it worth every penny! Will definitely continue to stay here.

Resort is clean, service is great, and amenities are awesome. The only negative is the long check in process followed by a time share sales pitch they try to lay on you to attend the next day.

There were basically no free services. The cost of things wasnt that high but it cost money to make your own coffeein your room. Also i wish they could protect beach guests from constant harassment of beach vendors.

It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta. The Resort is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. The room was quite large and in excellent condition. We highly recommend the Almar!

If you wanna be in the heart of the LGBTQ SCENE. This place is amazing, great customer service and Mantamar is just paradise. The resort is loud but you’re in Mexico so it’s time to partyyyyy.

Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this hotel. Plenty of other spots in the area
