If you wanna be in the heart of the LGBTQ SCENE. This place is amazing, great customer service and Mantamar is just paradise. The resort is loud but you’re in Mexico so it’s time to partyyyyy.

Hotel was nice overall, but the price I’m not sure if it should worth that much, the bed was hard I wish was more comfortable. I d didn’t like that at check in they try to sell u timeshare. It took a bit long to check in. Overall was good though.

The room smelled badly. Paid a high price for PV for the stay, only to also get dinged with a resort fee and an extra-person fee. Very expensive for what it was.

It’s a bit overpriced for what it is in my opinion although I have stayed here twice. They nickle and dime you on the most random things. The pool and the Mantamar access make it ideal. The whole “I’m your concierge” thing at check-in is really just a time share attempt- that’s the biggest turn off. Don’t tell me you are a concierge, just tell me you are a time share salesperson. They almost force you to go through the speech unless you stand firm. There is no real concierge here.

This hotel is way over hyped. “ Luxury Hotel” I have stay in the hotels all over the world and it’s pricey and just ok at best.. If the room thermostat wasn’t kept at 69 degrees “cold” humidity would come in the room and the floor would be soaking wet. A dam the towels on the outside of my door because if it rained at all water will go in the room… When trying to relax at the private “EDEN” pool the massage guys are as much of a pain in the ass as all the vendors on the public beach.. This was my third staying there and for what they charge I really question a forth time.. my first time writing a review, but there were definitely issues on my previous stays…

This was the second time we stayed at this property. We enjoyed it and had positive experience. minor issues is price of drinks at pool and beach and service was sometimes slow on the beach. We received massages from the hotel and they were GREAT!. Only issue that I don't think you can control is the beach merchandise sales.
