Great location and good hotel.

Check in was seamless and the room was comfortable. The mattress was slightly furrowed and the noise from the road was rather annoying. Value for money and secure parking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Incompetent staff

Staff Sophia should undergo more staff training! My wife asked for a toilet roll and was given one without Sophia uttering a word of thanks or some form of professionalism! Total opposite from the staff Nazrul (I think), who was very professional in handling our check in.

Stay was good. Fantastic facilities. Staff was friendly except for Julia whom I informed yesterday on today's late checkout at 12pm, as a Mantra Member. Today, two chamber maids (one at 10am and one at 11.15am) knovked on my door asking if I am going to check out and each time I have to say at 12pm, because I am a Mantra Member. The second chamber-maid was kind of rude as he opened the door from outside before I can even open the door. In summary it was a miscommunication between the reception and chambermaid and this has got to change!

Lots of local late night noise

This hotel was good value for money, comfortable and well located. We had read the reviews about noise and thought as backpackers in the past we would be fine. I think we had one good night sleep out of 3 and that was simply because the level of noise was consistent. Our windows were facing away from the noise but at 3am in the morning sound travels pretty far. If it doesn't wake you someone coming back to their room loudly and vocally will. If you are a light sleeper don't stay here. If you don't care this hotel is perfactly adequate, but we suggest you take earplugs. We didn't complain because there was no point, it was no fault of the hotel. They even made efforts to ask guests via a letter under the doors to try and keep the noise to a minimum when coming back to their rooms. If only for one night I would stay here again (with earplugs).

Loved staying here! For the price it exceeded expectations. Room had more than what you need. Bed was extremely comfortable with housekeeping every day. Great bed, fridge, cooking appllicances etc etc. When checking in the male receptionist(forgot his name) was very kind and had great banterr! Will choose Breakfree again when i come to adelaide.
