Great space and convenient location with a lot of options and 24hr dining service.The staff are polite and efficient. You will need to arrange your own airport transfers as the hotel charges are a little high.

Affordable accommodation with supermarket and several dining options nearby. Property was clean and in good condition - had games room, pool table, foosball table and table tennis table for entertainment within the accommodation. Room service was good - staff were friendly and accommodated to requests even when late at night. Ordered room service once and the food was good - affordable and came in pretty decent portion.

I loved the room. The separate bedrooms, the kitchen. It was perfect for my family. The customer service was excellent. The only thing I would ask for is for there to be vegan options added to the menu.

Great 4 nights!

Location of our hotel was not exactly near District 1 but it was within walkable distance. Love that it is away from all the bustling and horns from the vehicles. There is a supermarket located directly opposite the back door, super convenient! Our room located on 2nd floor was directly opposite the garbage room, it didn't bother us, no insects nor smell during our 4 nights there. Washer and dryer came handy, we washed our clothes almost every day! The staff from the game room was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She is fluent in vietnamese, english and mandarin! Security guard saw me taking photos by the road, called out to me and reminded me to be careful of my handphone. Simple yet sweet gesture! Our only complain was the pool, all well except for the temperature. We swim in the noon and evening, both equally cold. It would be great if it's a heated pool.

Great amenities and location in D3

Excellent stay at Sherwood Residence. The location is pretty central, located in the District 3 area which is quieter than D1. There is a Coop supermarket just behind the building and several food options in the vicinity. Rooms are well-appointed and we received a free upgrade from 2BR Exec to 3BR Exec, which was very much appreciated. The staff are friendly and helpful. While the breakfast selection was limited, the food was of pretty good quality. There is usually a Vinasun taxi on standby in the driveway area, although we mostly used Grab while staying in HCMC. I will definitely consider returning if I need to book an apartment in HCMC again!

We liked the 3 Bedroom apartment which suited our family of 5. Within walking distance of all amenitites, 15 minutes walk to District 1 and town, otherwise hourly shuttle is also available. Receptionists spoke good english, and the night before checkout, even called to remind and offered to book a taxi to the airport. Keep up the wonderful work. Will stay here again when we are back in HCM.

Relaxing stay at Sherwood !

Very good Service but the only problem was during our first 3 nights stay, the Living Room Air conditioner was broken and had to ask for repair every day. other than that our stay was excellent.
