The two bedroom is in need of basic maintenance. The aircon was leaking and struggling to stay alive throughout the night. Floors were badly scratched up. Kitchen cooker hood was literally caked up in dirt and mould! Very unhygienic, I would say book elsewhere if you need a two bedder.

Very convenient location and good interior facilities. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, it’s very good for family. Staff were friendly, however, service were a bit slow. Check in time is 2pm, but had to wait until almost 3:30 for our room to be ready.

We drove to Adina and wanted to park the car before checking in. Was stuck at the car park entrance since we didn't have a room card to open the car park gate. Someone came to tap us in (not sure if it was a staff or another hotel guest). While checking in, staff found out that we had parked the car and informed us in an unpleasant tone that our car could be towed away cause we weren't allocated a parking lot yet. That was totally uncalled for since we were already checking in. Apart from this incident, the stay itself was comfortable. Room was clean and spacious.

Good choice close to the city centre

Room well equipped, good size and comfortable bed. The regular WiFi connection was good enough for video calls. Shower room was a touch basic but still ok. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall a very good choice just on the edge of the business district.

Quite and safe

Easy check in and check out. Friendly front desk staff. A bit off from the shopping center and pier but walkable. Grocery store nearby. A big thanks to the staff who keep my Husband jacket. We collected it the following day as we left it inside the wardrobe cabinet. Good job

Always excellent. I had to pay a bit more than I would have liked, because I had to stay in an apartment instead of a studio (Expedia’s studios were all booked), but the facilities were great. We stay here whenever we pass through Auckland on our travels.

Good location to the ferry and Queen streets and most of important sites, which makes it walkable. . It’s close to a stadium which can be noisy. It was nice to have a kitchenette and living space.

We were in unit 6001. Everything about it was excellent. Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two dishwashers. All brand new appliances, huge balcony down two sides of the building on the top floor. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

ADina apartments was amazing. We stayed 3 nights before a cruise. The staff were amazing. Mark was unbelievable. He helped us with everything. He is really a credit to Adina apartments. The place was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The room was large with a very big bathroom. The kitchenette was convenient as there was a supermarket close by. We really enjoyed our stay there and can highly recommend it.

We arrived early a.m. direct from the airport. Staff were happy to give us some space to open luggage, freshen up and change. They then stored our luggage so that we could get on with our day and check in properly later. Our apartment should have had a washing machine but it was not present. Within a few minutes we had been given a different room with full facilities. The accommodation was roomy, clean and perfect for our needs. The staff were great and always prepared to go the extra mile
