We had a lovely stay at Beaumont Kew. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet yet convenient, with easy access to shops and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved how close by the supermarket, tram, restaurants etc were to where we needed to be. The only downfall was the cleanliness of our room, bathroom, overall property could do with carpet clean and windows

The advertisement from online is not the same in actual room, needs to upgrade/fix the kitchenware, exhaust of toilet, tv and range hood. Needs someone to check the room if the house keeping had clean properly the room

Prices are good, unfortunately the property had been neglected for a long time. carpet hasn't been cleaned for a long time. dirty bed sheet, crawling ants everywhere around the kitchen. A top to bottom cleaning is needed, and pest control.
