Definitely be back again!

Apartment was surprisingly clean and housekeeping were attentive to top up the body wash knowing we have used half the bottle. Location was great in the city, u could walk to the shopping area or drive there. Close to casino by car too. Good option if u dont want to stay in casino but yet want to be near. Reason because casino is the only happening place to be in the evening in the quiet city.

Racist staff, no cleaning on sundays

I must say that at AUD200+ for a 4 star serviced apartment outside of Perth CBD area, the property could do much better. We are a well travelled Chinese family. Never have we been so racially discriminated against by staff, all the way from the cleaning lady to the lobby receptionist. There was a white female receptionist who would look away or stare right through us whenever we walked through the entrance. But she would always greet white guests with a cheery hello or a smile. When I tried to ask her something, she was rude, or should I say, slightly hostile. A male receptionist on duty was also not on the ball. I informed him that we were expecting a food delivery for my parents while my husband and I went out. When the two of us came back to the hotel, we saw a delivery guy sitting at the lobby area. The same receptionist saw us but perhaps was too busy watching TV and did not inform us that this was the delivery man we were expecting. So we went up to our room, waited and waited for our delivery to come. At that time, our food delivery was already half an hour late. My husband had to go to the lobby again to check whether the food has arrived. He went straight to the delivery man and was told that he was right there waiting for us for the past 10 mins. No cleaning on Sundays but we weren’t informed beforehand. We had to take the trash out on our own. When we asked the cleaner to clear our corridor on a working day, she rolled her eyes at us. Splendid!

Good value-for-money accommodation

The hotel is quite new and everything we needed was there. We stayed at a two-bedroom apartment and the space was quite all right. However, the hotel doesn’t have a private parking garage. Guests who drive will have to park at nearby public parking garages.

Pleasant stay at Quest East Perth.

We've booked a 2 BR Executive Apartment during the stay and we found it clean and well-maintained. Parking could be an issue as there were limited lots available at the building next door. Bathrooms only have fix showers and no hand shower, thus can be quite inconvenient if you have kids. WiFi is not totally free and comes with data caps - not highlighted on websites and hotels.com.

Comfortable abode near to Perth cbd

Comfortable and clean rooms with a view of swan river was the highlight of this accommodation. Apartment was well-equipped with adequate living space for up to 4 people. Recommended for families and business travelers

Central location with a forest setting

Huge space with an impeccable array of amenities. Location was central to the various attractions including vineyards, beaches and the walking trails within Margaret river. Friendly hosts that look out for our every need! Highly recommended for families up to 6 people!

Brand new hotel at great value

Brand new hotel located on the quieter East Perth neighbourhood. Room was on the smaller side but good enough. Has a fully functional kitchenette and balcony. We didn't use the paid parking option as there are plenty of street parking nearby (free from 6pm-8am and on Sundays). There are also many rental car companies nearby (Bayswater "no bird", Thrifty) that advertise irresistible deals, but we already rented a car at the airport. Easy access to Langley Park to see the scenic Swan River, and there's a small 24h convenience store diagonally across the junction from the hotel. Overall, a great stay!

Reception tried to be friendly, little bit way over. Parking is no go, apparently limited spots; They don't have a rountine check after housekeeper works. Mrs end up have to do the dish when we arrived late; Staff is rude when we asked for laundry access on check out day.. Not worth it with the Customer Services experience
