Cozy and minimalist

Clean, minimalist and cozy place to stay. Kitchen stove for DIY cooking is a plus. Shame about limited parking within the property so prepare to pay for street parking just outside or the lanes nearby.

Great view for units with balcony! Fridge and dishwasher very helpful. Great toiletries provided. Good reception available 7am-11pm. But hygiene can be improved - layer of dust on surfaces, balcony chairs rusty, dish drying rack rusty, lots of black stuff at base of kettle.

A fantastic property! If you are looking to stay near the Kings Park, this is the place. Great facilities here, including washing facilities. The only thing I’ve is their gym. There’s barely any good machines for use. Other than that, everything else is fantastic, staff included!

Nice hotel close to Kings Park

New, clean and modern looking hotel. Good size for 2 for a week long trip to Perth. Comfortable linen, clean toilet, and a nice little kitchenette if you want to do some cooking. Convenient location near to town as well. Had to pay for parking lot, however, it is much cheaper than parking outside. Overall a great stay.
