Lovely hotel in an excellent location in the centre of Warsaw. I would stay here again! But organize your own taxi from the airport; the hotel charges too much.

Quiet, great balconies with floor to ceiling doors. Overlooking charming courtyard. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with great shower and bathtub. Excellent location for walking to Old Town and to buses and trams. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel

Great location near transportation, restaurants, bats, stores. We walked from Central train station. Great staff. Quiet, comfy bed, adequate kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Lots of hot water, dark shades. A bit hard to find, but worth it. Great place, would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here last year and this year in Aug and September. We love it here! Great staff, Sandra (and others) helped us a lot. We tried 5 different rooms here and love the size. Some have two bathrooms which is great. We also had a room with a patio at one point. Great location. The restaurant is good too. This will be our go to place. Great value too

Very nice friendly staff. Worth the money expect the Pizza resturant and the poor breakfeast with no service. Waites 25 min for coffe. Juice run out the table was very poor and most food run out.

Superior-studio

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä Varsovan keskustaa. Se on hankalasti löydettävissä, koska se sijaitsee korttelin ”sisällä”. Tämän vuoksi tilasimme hotellin kautta kuljetuksen lentokentältä. Hotellin yhteydessä oleva ravintola tarjosi italialaista ruokaa. Läheltä löytyi runsaasti erilaisia ruokapaikkoja. Huone oli tilava. Erittäin pehmeän parivuoteen saa erotettua muusta huoneesta verholla. Keittonurkkaus oli toimiva. Hana oli vähän huonosti kiinnitetty. Erillinen WC oli erittäin hyvä. Kylpyhuoneessa oli voimakas haju, joka väheni, kun ammeen tulpan hoksasi laittaa kiinni. Pienistä harmeista huolimatta voisimme yöpyä täällä uudestaan.

Spacious rooms. I used the toilet brush and it was dirty. Left a bad feeling. Otherwise it was a clean room. Could use updates and fitness room and breakfast could use improvements. Breakfast not a great value for $20.

This residence is perfect. Communication was phenomenal when scheduling transfers to and from the airport. The room was very spacious and cleaned perfectly. The tub and shower are huge and have superb water pressure. Hot water is long lasting and great too. The hotel is in the heart of an international district with different foods, shops, and other activities in close walking distance. I can’t say enough things about how much we enjoyed the hotel.

Overall good stay

Overall good stay. Great location and nice big rooms. Bed was comfy and they provided things to wash up with which I appreciated. Only faults were that the aircon didn’t work so the room way very hot and the shower pressure was very weak.
