The cabin is clean with basic amenities, check in is swift and efficient. There is a small garden and playground where we are able to go star gazing at night. Would recommend for family or small group of friends to stay here and explore Yarra Valley.

Need service improvement

The cabin we had for 6 adults was relatively spacious. Kitchen come with whatever you need to cook a meal. Vehicle can be parked right infront of the cabin. The cabin key come with a special key tag to open up a barrier for entry into the large park like facility. Exit barrier automatically opens up when exiting. Our Family Deluxe cabin come with a bouble bed in one room and 2 double deck beds in another room sleeping 4. What I dislike is bedsheet and blanket are layed for the double bed only and we have to lay the bunk beds where 2 bedsheets and a blanket is provided for each bed. You imagine coming to an accommodation tired after a long drive and while sensitive to dust, risk getting a sinus attack having to lay the sheets especially 2 upper deck beds 2 bedsheet each standing on a metal ladder. I gave a low rating on cleanliness as the upper deck beds had dust so obvious they had not be vacumed for years. No choice we have to lay the bedsheet over. Certainly will have serious consideration when selecting such facility in future. On the bright side, the facility is clean all other area and is a less than 10 mins drive to Healesville town with some shops and a Coles supermarket. Checkin was smooth and fast and staff friendly. Wifi was ok.

Nice accommodation

Great reception service. Our unit family deluxe cabin come with 1 room with a double bed and another room with 2 double deck bed sleeping 4. Though room is not spacious it fit 6 adults well and it was spacious in the hall area. Came with kitchenette with all you need to cook your meal. The property although is not within the town promixity, it is juat a 5mins drive to Healesville town with some shops and a large Coles supermarket. There is a central outdoor hotplate BBQ where you could insert coin to use the gas though we disnt use as it was cold. A great place to stay to explore the Yarra Valley region. Downside is the upper deck of the bunk bed you have to lay yourself the bedsheet they provided. And no wifi facility.

Cozy stay

Easy to find the accommodation. Overall check-in was swift and seamless. Room comes with small kitchen and 2 separate bed rooms. Very convenient as restaurants and supermarket is just 10 min drive away . Overall we are satisfied with our stay.

good place for holiday

It was a very good experience. We have stayed in a few holiday park but this park is one of the best because its very clean and tidy even if they move us to an animal friendly room

I chose to stay at Enclave over Big 4 where I'm a member for a few reasons 1. The cost per night is a lot cheaper for a cabin at Enclave 2. It's quieter at Enclave perhaps due to less children or well behaved children and 3. The cabin was pre-warmed for our arrival and the heating including hot water was very welcoming.
