Nice villa in a quiet setting

My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water during our stay. It's a little frustrated but their facility manager Mr. Castillo was a great help. He's the one who speaks perfect English and sincerely followed up the issues to make sure it's all fixed. So a little bit of issue but otherwise the villa is just very nice for its price, plus you have accessible to their nearby resorts as well (no food or drink though unless you buy the day pass which is quite expensive). Now just two more suggestions: book here only if you have a car, I can't imagine how you can stay here without your own transportation. And second, I'd think this place is better for longer stay so that you can make good use of the kitchen and roof top, etc. Staying one or two nights would be just too rush and would be a waste of all the facilities it offers

Hotel que por fuera se ve en bajo perfil pero en realidad es 5 estrellas Es un must rentar coche ya que está a media hora en cancun Playa del Carmen y etc

Departamento para descansar, en el campo de golf

Departamento familiar, cómodo para descansar, con piscina cerca y buena vista al campo de golf. SI quieres ir a la playa o a las piscinas grandes, debes transportarte desde el club de golf al hotel Bahia principe AKUMAL Y TULUM. El hospedaje no incluye alimentos ni bebidas, por lo que debes de pagar un promedio de 60 0 70 dolares por persona para que te incluyan los alimentos en el hotel. Pagamos por 4 barras libre, pero todos los empleados nos cuestionaban si realmente habíamos hecho el pago del consumo, debido a que no te entregan pulseras por barras libres solo tu nota de compra y fue muy incomodo. Falta mayor acceso y mejor trato a las personas de la tercera edad con discapacidad. Por otro lado puedes quedarte en el departamento y disfrutar de la piscina privada, en donde realmente todo es muy tranquilo y lejos de la civilización.

El lugar es muy bonito y una excelente ubicación pero no tiene servicio de limpieza y tv .la casa es muy húmeda necesita limpieza y una atención que mejore todo el potencial de las villas ya que si se podría haser mejor
