The property was great. The room was very spacious. The bathrooms could have been cleaner before our check in but other than that it was a fantastic stay!

Just okay

The property was just okay. The shutters were very dust and the the master bedroom bed had a sheet that was 1 size too small and just kept coming off. The whole master bedroom all the way to the bathroom was carpeted, which made it musty on top of the typical Hawaii humidity. The ocean view, however, was beautiful. The lawns and outside surrounding property was well kept.

The property was spacious and the view was spectacular. The customer service was very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed the beautiful and clean pool and the landscaping was outstanding. Loved our stay at palms at weilea by outrigger.

Great one bedroom 2 bathrooms apartment with view of the ocean. There is a nice attached balcony. The area around is very walkable and a 5 minutes drive to the Wailea beach and upscale shopping at the Shops at Wailea. There is a relatively comfortable sofa and bed in the spacious living area. Only nit pick is master bath has no attached door.

I love the location and it is easy to walk to gorgeous beaches. The property is beautifully maintained, but the condo we stayed in looked tired and a little run down. I have stayed at nicer condos in my previous stays at the Palms.

Be aware that this booking is for a condo with rental managed by the seller here (Outrigger). The photos provided absolutely do not reflect the condition of the unit we were assigned. Our unit had dirty carpeting that I’d guess is 15 years old. Appliances have been recently replaced but all fixtures and features - electrical and plumbing - are on the downhill side of acceptable. Our unit was second floor with a narrow stairwell to bring things up. The main bathroom was about as clean as an average YMCA locker room. We were very disappointed and cannot recommend this property. Other units might be just fine but it’s a roll of the dice we lost.

The Expedia listing is misleading. These are condos with owners. We had no internet or TV and when we called the front desk we were told that the owners must not have paid their bill and the services were disconnected.

What I like about this place is it was close to the beaches and restaurants. What we did not like is that we have to pay extra for the AC in the second room and the living room. It was not disclosed when we booked. There was some mossing kitchen items. We requested for non smoking but it smelled cigarette inside the unit.

Condo we we’re upgraded too was very old and needed a good cleaning. We woke up to bugs in the kitchen and spiders throughout the condo. The screen doors were off the rails and not easy to slide them open. Overall i was very disappointed and bugs make a vacation stressful! The counter staff very pleasant and helpful.

This particular condo was terrible. The pillows for bed were lumps of old cloth. The furniture stunk, and were filthy, we guessed from people coming from beach with wet bathing suits. Just needed some deeper cleaning maybe. Primary shower did not drain had to stand in three inches of water. 10 day stay was only provided 1 kitchen garbage bag but was able to get more from desk clerk.

In need of a upgrade

The unit was very dated and in need of a current upgrade. Plumbing was original and made squealing sounds when in the shower. The built in AC unit (original) in the bedroom did not work so a temporary plug in one was In use. No AC on the rest of the unit. Outside all was very nice including the pool. For the cost and being in Wailea it should be much better. I think some of the units may be updated, so when booking look closely at the photos. The pool and hot tub were great!

I rented multiple places. Communication was decent when they changed one of my rooms but sometimes the hours were hard to reach the front desk. I rented 4 units and mostly satisfied in general. Each unit was very variable. One was really nice and one was really old. In general it seemed clean overall but there were some ants (I feel on the island, its impossible to avoid in a tropical setting). The a/c in the main room was really cool but the rest of the place does get hot. However, they do provide much of everything you need (it even has a bbq grill!!!!). The space is HUGE compared to many other places, which is great. The pool was nice and large. Mostly quiet. Overall besides the ants, can't really complain!

1. The refrigerator in the unit was not cooling to a proper level for the food stored in it. On our initial day (7/17) we placed milk, yoghurt, butter, and other items needing refrigeration in it immediately upon our check in at 3:00 pm. That evening around 9 pm I noticed that the liquids were only slightly cooled. I adjusted the cooling level to a higher setting at that time. The next morning I again noticed that all of the food was still only slightly cooled. At that time I again adjusted the cooling level to the highest setting for cooling. We did not use any of the refrigerated items that day as we ate out at a restaurant. The next morning (7/19) I noticed the milk, yoghurt and juice in the refrigerator was again only slightly cool and the butter was soft and liquid in it's container. WE did not use any of those items for concern of their being spoiled. I also noticed that as I dispensed water from the refrigerator that it appeared to have sprayed onto the top shelf inside of the refrigerator from the filter compartment. The exterior water and ice dispenser was not clean, as well as the handles for both the refrigerator and freezer. We proceeded with our packing and preparation for checkout and either left food in the refrigerator or threw out the remaining items that were in there. The freezer appeared to be functioning properly. 2. Overall cleaning of the unit was marginal. The tile floors were filthy and countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen needed wipin

Love the location and ease of the place. Pretty central to everything. Only thing that could have used some refining was the communication from the front desk. They changed the keypad of our room a few times via email making it confusing to which one was the correct one. Then they kinda scared us because we didnt respond to an email that made it appear we lost our reservation as we were arriving. Lastly, the room was fabulous and clean. However, it could use some improvements - bathroom shower and sinks did not drain properly so had to shower in our dirty water unless we turned off the water to let it slowly drain. The front screen door gets stuck on the floor then slams along with it being super squeaky. The sliding door to the linai required a lot of force to open and close. Felt like the handle was going to break off because it was so heavy with a lot of friction. Wheels probably needed adjusting. Other than that, I'd go back.

It was a nice place to stay on maui. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything we tried worked. Not cluttered. Good amount of seating inside and out. Good amount of dishes and pans. Newer appliances. Easy walk to the pool. The staff were friendly.
