Cosy room with clean and new amenities.

Good location. Near to the Chinatown where there are numerous pubs and eateries. The reception was very helpful. Her name is Alana and when we mentioned that we have a late flight out that evening, she helped think of ways to make us more comfortable even though we have checked out. The room is cosy and suitable for a family with 1-2 small kids. Sofa, small dining table, kitchen and sink are all in the same small area, so it makes it easy for parents to look after their kids while cooking up some food.

Great Apartment Hotel

We were running late on the day of check-in and the staff called us to ensure we are safe and will be in time to check-in before the reception closes at 9pm. Staff are very friendly, always smiling and cheerful as we pass by the reception. Room is clean and cooking facilities are well equipped for light cooking. Only problem we had was the electric kettle for boiling hot water. It was filled with brown stains from the mineral deposits. But when we informed housekeeping about it, they quickly changed a brand new one for us. Convenient location - very near to Chinatown where there are many Asian eateries and grocery shops there. There's also a 24-hour convenient store nearby (except for weekends, opens till 12 midnight). It's just about 5-10 mins drive to nearby attractions (Perth Mint, King's park, Nostalgia box museum). Quiet surrounding so we are not disturbed by traffic noise. Please note to make a parking lot reservation if you need one as they have limited parking lots.

Pleasant hotel for asians,families w/o children

Though our family of 3 checked in really early in the morning, the staff who just started her shift was friendly and went up to check if the room was ready for check in, helped with our luggages, and kindly informed us that the sofa bed would only be made up later, first thing in the morning when the housekeeping staff comes in. We managed to get some rest and washed up before heading out and came back in the afternoon hoping to catch a wink, but unfortunately, there were some construction works going on in the afternoon and we could not rest properly at all from a red-eye flight. The hotel is generally very family-friendly and my parents appreciated the fact that we had amenities like the laundry-dryer machine, induction stove and utensils, for a slightly long stay. However, people staying prior probably did not know how to use the coffee machine and the machine was stuck (but I could easily fix the issue) and they ended up using the electric kettle to boil coffee and the kettle was not washed out properly, causing it to be stained on the inside and my mother had to wash it out. Also, housekeeping is not very consistent at topping complimentary water, tea, coffee, and giving out towels for 3 persons, and cleaning. However, staff at the reception is ready to help out as much as possible to ensure guests are covered well. Receptionists are relatively helpful at giving tips, advice, and information as well.

The review ratings really hyped up this place but I don’t think it was at par with the ratings online. For the cleanliness of the bathroom the glass shower looked like it’s never been cleaned before, mold in shower, a dirty razor left where the bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash are. The shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were both empty for use. There was so much dust on the frame of bed headboard and the light flickering in front entrance of the room. For the price we paid for a week stay I feel like there is better places with more space and amenities available.

The reception staff are brilliant but unfortunately the property is tired and worse .. a bit dirty. I had to move rooms due to a few factors and the front desk staff were fantastic and apologetic. But the rooms are not serviced and the general cleanliness is poor. Even in my second room the quilt was stained , all the skirting covered in dust etc.. its a pity because the location is just so great . Maybe they just need new cleaners and to spend a bit of money on the place.

The room was not cleaned well, and insects like mites came out during my stay. There was always a linen cart in the hallway, and I was worried about evacuation in the event of a fire and disaster.There is only one cleaning during the 7-day stay. On the second day, there was a cleaning, and the room became dirtier and dirtier.I wanted cleaned the middle day my stay. and I wanted you to ask me when I was going to clean at check-in.
