Exceptional accommodation, location & staff.

Beautiful building right in the centre of the old town with very friendly and helpful staff. We had the penthouse which is very spacious with a huge private terrace and had everything you could possibly need - extremely well equipped. Parking is available in Plaza San Antonio - 50 metres away - at €25/ 24 hrs. Probably cheaper options, but it’s very convenient.

Beautiful hotel in a historic elegant palace, and the location was perfect for walking all around Cadiz. Lovely spacious rooms that have a kitchenette and a washing machine- what a treat to wash clothes after 2 weeks of traveling! No dryer but they provide a large drying rack. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the best hotel in Old Town Cádiz, Hotel El Armador. With a friendly staff, this charming establishment offers an unbeatable location, with everything you need just around the corner. The proximity to everything, restaurants, best gelataterias, interesting shops, and local attractions makes exploring the city very convenient. Additionally, being close to the train station makes commuting to and from the hotel easy. The hotel is within walking distance of many points of interest, allowing you to visit Cádiz's landmarks without the need for additional transportation. The convenience of having a laundry service on-site is a great plus, especially for longer stays. The taxi service available right at the near by plaza of the hotel is also very handy for those times when you need a quick ride. The combination of these amenities and the attention to detail at Hotel El Armador makes for an exceptional stay.
