Poor maintenance policies in this hotel

Each time I stay here it seems the hotel facilities deteriorates incrementally. Towels are no longer white but a dingy yellow-ish tinge. Showerheads are encrusted with lime deposits due to hardness of the water and water comes out in a dribble! The hotel should at least perform periodic de-scaling. The sink and shower stall drain holes are almost always clogged without any periodic maintenance. The air conditioning units in the rooms never seem to be serviced and clean so when the AC is turned on, the air that comes out smells very stale

Nice and neat hotel

Hotel looks new so the facilities and the room we have stay(group of 4 - 2 kids + 2 adults)are nice and clean. Buffet breakfast experience when it comes to food they offer is on the average.its good for those who like pancakes or a slice of bread and omelette for breakfast.but for filipino type of breakfast,choices are not so many.the beef tapa they offer is good. I will recommend this hotel for those who are looking for comfort and conveniences.

The property’s location is excellent! Nice huge rooms, but hotel room marble floors were very dirty, not mopped and toilet bowls were stained. I suggest that housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning of the hotel rooms to keep the hotel property in good condition.

Loud music till 2am

Everything was excellent, except there is a bar across the street that plays loud music till 2am. You won't get a good sleep till past 2am.
