Upside, localtion was great withready access to Orchard road. Room size was great with loads of space forntwo adults and child. Pool was also clean and spacious foe all users. Downside reception wasn't a consierge service more administrative so they were not knowledgeable about for eg fireworks for nye. I would recommend for families

This is an excellent property. We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very nice and was stocked with eggs, milk, juice, bread and cereal. It is next to the Shangri-La hotel so you can walk to it and eat at the restaurant there.

All inclusive with free parking and free laundry. Would have been nice if the last shuttle service to and from Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann ran a little later until 5:00pm or 6:00pm.

Property is in a nice area and well kept. Can use hotel gym and pool which is a nice benefit. Laundry on site and free coffee offered daily, both are perks we used and liked. The main con is that the property is beginning to look dated and some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced. For example, we had knives that were so dull they wouldn’t cut anything.

Great property, would definitely use again

Great stay: staff are efficient, hugely service-oriented and always willing to help. Property is kept spotless, rooms are cleaned daily and pool area is lovely - despite having access to the main pool and facilities at the Shangri-la hotel, we only used it twice! Be aware that there are no balconies, and also that there's ongoing building work outside the apartments, which goes on from 8am-10pm six days a week: had little impact on us, but we were on the 6th floor.

The property is okay - rooms and furniture are old. Overall, service doesn’t meet standards you would expect at a Shangri-la property. It’s designed to meet needs of a long term stay vs. short terms stays like ours (a week).

We were greeted by the very efficient and friendly Nathalie with refreshments and then taken to the 1 bedroom apartment. The room was spacious and milk, butter,juice and eggs in the fridge and cereals. Nathalie made a point when on reception to speak and check everything ok, any help we might require and with her colleagues was an asset. It was a short walk to the bus stops and then the MRT and if you need a supermarket visit the ground floor at Cold Sorage at Claymore Connect just near the bus stops, as having a good size fridge, freezer in the kitchen was such a bonus We found the free washer, dryers useful and plenty of towels available for the beautiful pool. We did not use the Hotel facilities so can’t comment. There was very little noise from ongoing works, and did not impact on our trip. We had a late flight and Nathalie offered a free late check out and a tip is to check if you can use the early check in @ L1 in Jewel
