Low standard, dated, expensive

Overpriced for what it is, even for Marbella. The rooms are dated, worn out and is in urgent need for repairs (lights, broken furniture) in the short-term and a full modernization in the medium-term. No amenities. I only stayed here because my initial booking had to cancel - and I will never return.

I tried to explain that my elderly parents couldn’t go up and down that many steps all over the property. The front desk, Chris didn’t even showed empathy. The AC was also not working and everything smelled old and mildew. We left the same night and will dispute the full 3 day stay that I paid for

Good location but very outdated and rundown. Considering an ongoing pandemic the level of cleanliness was low. Bathrooms were dirty, old tootpicks on the floor. We complained to the reception but no action taken. Beds were horrible
