Two bedroom, two bathroom modern condo in the heart of Washington, DC. Loved that we each had our own private space. Full size kitchen, living room, dining area. Condo included washer and dryer which we used during our stay. The Navy Memorial metro/subway stop is literally steps from the condo, we only discovered this on our last day. Getting to/from Dulles airport was so easy by Metro. Condo has a gym, pool and hot tub. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby, used it every day. Lots of restaurants, museums, truly close to so much.

Comfortable family getaway in DC

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at this apartment and were very pleased. The apartment was clean and modern and had all the basic amenities for our family's visit. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. We loved that it was close to the Washington Mall so we could enjoy eating in for lunches and dinners. My 12 yo absolutely loved the indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to others. Just read the property's fine print about fees and schedules carefully and you'll have no surprises. They didn't 100% match what was listed on hotels.com.

Excellent location, walkable to everything. Very nice building with a lobby staff that is friendly and helpful. Apartment has everything needed to make our stay simple and comfortable. I would highly recommend (and already have!)

Better than solid

Great unit. There was some construction in the building but it was only an aesthetic issue and no problems with sound or function. Host was great, attentive and quick to respond to any inquiry. I recommend it without reservation.

Perfect !

The apartment was as described. Everything was great. Great location within walking distance of many museums, monuments...This place was excellent for the 4 adults and 1 child . Plenty of space, full kitchen...So much better than 2 regular hotel rooms for just about the same price. We stayed 3 nights. Excellent communication. I would recommend Heaven on Washington without hesitation, especially for a family or group.

This location is perfect for exploring the National Mall on foot. We walked everywhere and only took an Uber to and from Reagan National Airport, which was under $20 each way. Driving didn’t seem ideal, as traffic was heavy and parking looked challenging. We covered about 8–10 miles daily, visiting museums, strolling the mall, and even enjoying a wonderful dinner cruise. The pickup spot for our night bus tour was also within walking distance, making everything incredibly convenient. With plenty of dining options nearby, this bustling area is a great spot for food lovers. It’s also just a couple of blocks from the NBA arena, perfect for catching a game or event. As expected in a lively city, there’s some noise from traffic, pedestrians, and emergency sirens. While the building is well-insulated, it’s still louder than our quiet suburban home. That said, the energy and accessibility of this location make it a fantastic choice, and I highly recommend it for those who love exploring the vibrant national capital!

A perfect spot for a family visit to DC

Our unit didn't have a sofa sleeper for our 5th person, only an inflatable mattress which fit in the hallway. The unit was well laid out and had plenty of space to store luggage. The kitchen had most of what we needed but was short a few pieces of silverware and glasses. We made it work without difficulty. WiFi worked well, though the instructions for it were incorrect. The property manager was responsive throughout our stay. The location of the building was perfect...close to the mall, metro, felt safe, etc. There is a wonderful restaurant, Matchbox, that we visited for some fantastic food. The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful to walk through, however we didn't have any extra time to enjoy it or the other amenities (pool, exercise rooms).

An absolutely perfect location in DC. We were there for a multi-day event at Capital One Arena, which was just a short block & a half walk away, but we were also very proximate to a number of the Smithsonian's and other DC attractions. Parking was easy (Instructions/communication with front desk was not immediately clear, but once you figured it out, it was a great setup, read more below). We were in unit 1018, both beds were very comfortable, GREAT bathrooms/showers, good internet, good kitchen, comfortable living room. Amazing balcony terrace on this unit overlooking the street, Capital One, and Portrait Gallery. Carmine's directly across the street and so much food within a block/2 block radius we could have eaten for weeks. *Parking: OK, so the specifics of how parking works were not that clear, but it works out really well. If you park, DON'T go to the garage first (if you do it's ok, it doesn't cost anything, just ends up causing you more work). 8th St where the entrance is located is not heavily traffic'd and wide, you can safely double-park outside the entrance of the apartment and go through the check-in procedure. While there you purchase the parking pass for the garage from the front desk. (In our case, we entered the garage, got a regular pay-to-park ticket from the machine. We had to have the front desk give us a validation ticket to leave the deck, drive around the block, and re-enter with the resident parking pass.)

We took a chance on this property and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend. Location is superb, right on restaurant row in Penn Station, two blocks from National Mall; walking distance to anything and everything you might need. The building is very secure and parking is located under the building for a fraction of the cost parking at a hotel. The apartment was spacious and perfect for my family of 5. Having the apartment saved us so much money in food. We used the pool and gym and they were very nice. Book this not a hotel!

This is the PERFECT spot to see the best of DC. Everything is within walking distance, yet you are not in the middle of a busy street. The apartment is comfortable and has all the necessities for a weekend or week-long stay.

The location is great - near Smithsonian museums, public transportation, restaurants, CVS and more. The apartment has lots of big windows and light. We were disappointed that the carpets were in need of cleaning and there wasn't adequate bedding/sheets to make up the fold down couches for the kids. The refrigerator had an air freshener smell that was kind of overwhelming. Kitchen had adequate appliances and tools. Overall it was adequate but not at all extravagant. We reached out and did receive a quick reply, but ended up making due with what was available.

Great stay central DC

Ok- this place is beautiful and comfortable. 1 big problem- hotels.com shows a rooftop terrace and the unit we got (and we weren’t offered choices) did not have this terrace. That photo was part of what sold me on this place and it was not there. We got unit 349- which I may have purchased anyway as it was very nice, reasonably priced, and the communication was pretty straight forward for a VRBO type unit.

The place is filthy. Shards of glass on the floor. We were given a room where other guests hadn’t even checked out yet in the height of Covid-19 pandemic. The apartment has a stale smell. The entire building smells terrible. Pictures shown online are nothing like the actual place. Administration company charged loads of extra illegal fees. I tried several times to speak with them but no one got back to me. I left 4 days early for a hotel. No one ever got back to me or refunded my money.

Decent stay at a decent price in decent location

Great location near the Mall and all other touristy, downtown things to do. Quiet except for a fair number of ambulances and firetrucks in the area which are NOT the fault of the rental property! Nearest supermarket (Safeway) was a one mile walk, not too bad in nice weather. Decent restaurants nearby, a CVS around the corner...also a Starbucks. Service was generally good, but the information manual was a little confusing. NO INFO ON HOW TO OPERATE THE TV..took me half an hour of trial and error. Garbage chute info was not accurate. Maintenance came by twice to repair lights in both bathrooms; the work order had been submitted before I got there but twice I was interrupted without warning for maintenance. Furnishings are adequate but quite basic. Bedrooms have MINIMAL lighting, rest is ok. Drapes are not really blackout, hate to think of the early morning light pouring in from May to October. On the whole decent facilities for a decent price...base room rate is deceptive, watch out for two extra fees tacked on: cleaning fee of $115 and an administrative fee of similar amount. Staying in the East Tower but having most of the administrative functions far away in the West tower was cumbersome. Security desk person in East tower was mostly absent.
