Great location. Short walk to Metro station. Right in the heart of old Lisbon. Staff were great. Our room was stylish, the bed comfy, and the kitchenette a nice bonus. The shower needs some attention but that was our only complaint. Note to future guests: if you arrive back at your hotel late at night, please be respective of the other guests by keeping your voices low and not letting doors slam. Thank you.

Chiado Dream hotel was an excellent place to stay, great location. We had a problem with one our room doors not locking, they resolved the issue promptly. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport for a very reasonable rate. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again!!

The apartment was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Location is excellent and accessible to grocery, mall and many restaurants. Bonus for us was the airport transfer offered that made it easy and safe and very affordable. Reception services were excellent!!! Highly recommend the Chiado Dream Apartments! Hotel location is good, close to everything (many restaurants and shops nearby).This was our second time visiting Lisbon and it was absolutely amazing experience. We only stayed here for two nights and it was pretty good. If we ever go back to Lisbon we will definitely stay here again.

Pros: great location, nice staff, spacious bathroom, kitchenette, room cleaned and refreshed each day. Cons: room was not as advertised. “view” was a wall making the advertised balcony completely useless and since the buildings are so close there was zero natural light. The footer on the bed was visibility dirty—not just stained, dirty like it hadn’t been washed at all. Overview: Good price for a Great location for walking around and enjoying the nightlife in Lisbon. Also central for exploring Belem and Alfama. It’s a basic accommodation, ideal for anyone who just needs a decent place to sleep. Request a room on a floor as high as possible if you’re going by to book the place.
