Rooms are very spacious, clean, and accessible to MRT and walkable distance to the Petronas Tower. The breakfast buffet is good enough, not a lot of choices but it's complete. The SkyDeck is amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

They couldn’t find the breakfast note in my booking and was made to walk to and fro the restaurant located in the other building and the reception to de conflict and still they tell me they can’t find it even after showing them my email booking… Apart from that, the hotel is really old and definitely not a 5 star.

We checked in at midnight and the staff were welcoming. However, when we got to our room, one of the bathroom heaters were not heating up the water properly. We experienced wifi problems DAILY but other than that, the stay was just fine.

Entire shower rod fell onto my Uncle’s feet while he was showering. Could not have imagined the consequences if my nephew, a 3-year-old child, were to be the one showering at that time. Service recovery from the hotel and front desk crew was very subpar - lack of ownership and empathy, no apology at all too. Maintenance guy was profusely mentioned, which, at that point in time, was superfluous. Expected a lot more from a 5-star hotel like that.
