Hotel was perfect in every way, location, facilities, cleanliness and staff are extremely friendly and professional. Stayed in this group of apart hotels in York and could not fault it and Newcastle is exactly the same will defo be back and would recommend.

Great stay

The apartment was in a great location and had a very comfortable bed. We eat out but the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a small shop on the ground floor with food that could be brought to microwave in the apartment. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby on a morning. I would stay here again on my next visit to Newcastle.

Had a great stay here with my 10 year old. Staff were really friendly and helpful.We were able to leave our bags at the property before check-in which was great. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The shower was really nice and the need was super comfy! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great staff on reception who helped us with one or two queries. Lovely apartment .everything we needed for our four night stay. Bed very comfy and area very quiet. We will stay here again that’s for certain.

Enjoyable stay.

Decent location. Nice room but bathroom needs some care, lots of mould in shower and cleaning in corners not the best. Tv remote ran out of batteries and instead of getting it changed as we were told it would be we had to go down to reception 4 times to get one that worked. Coffee and croissants in morning a nice touch.

Fabulous location 5 mins walk from train station and 5 mins from quayside. Excellent aparthotel, helpful staff, quiet. Everything we needed plus coffee and crossaints. Roomzzz has a great concept for their aparthotels.

Good value, very modern & clean, bathroom large. Bed & pillows a bit hard but preferences differ, one bedside cabinet had drawer missing & framed picture on wall stained with what looked like red paint, bathroom door creaked loudly. Little things but not to be put off as excellent. Reception staff lovely, friendly, efficient. Appreciated complimentary croissants & hot drinks in reception area. Thanks.
