Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was really nice and had almost everything you could need for your stay (except no iron or ironing board). I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment with awesome views both sides. Absolutely loved the amenities and services provided. Might be an idea to reschedule that rubbish truck though. 5am is a little early to be woken up by that noise.

The room was lovely and cozy. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the property is quiet at night. The tram is just a couple of meters up the road, very convenient.

The location was perfect. 1 block from the beach and the tram stop is close by. Shopping and restaurants are within 4 min either direction by tram or walkable. The room was clean and kitchen had everything I needed to cook and eat in the room. I enjoyed the spa, pool and sauna after long walks. The gym has basics. The grounds were well maintained and has a grill and nice sitting area. I had a little trouble checking in as the directions went to my junk mail but the property manager, who is lovely, was able to help. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!

We actually managed to get another night due to a cancellation. Great staff, Mardi,Will and Stacey .Super clean apartment, perfect for a couple. Great location too, we will definitely be coming back, love it

Nice apartment but not enough towels for a 2 night stay, only 1 room key which is not ideal if trying to use facilities. One lift out of order whole stay and then the other broke down on day of departure, receptionist didn’t care and we had to carry luggage down 6 floors. Thanks to the tradies who helped my wife down the last two floors

The apartment is in need of some TLC as it is quite run down. The bathroom in particular was in pretty poor condition and definitely needs updating. It was quite noisy from the upstairs apartment. Having said that, it had everything we needed and was in a good location.
