Good choice of stay here in Ice Apartment for my family of 4 (my mom 74yrs old). Smooth check in when we arrived at about 8pm. Great location and room is clean , comfortable and warm for us during this cold winter.Staff Lousina is very helpful.

Having an access code for entry was very convenient; it made check-in and out really easy. I loved how furnished the space was. There were lots of kitchen utensils, cookware, and appliances. The bathroom was clean with extra toilet paper rolls and even color-safe shampoo and conditioner, a thoughtful touch. The carpet and curtains were a little dirty. I wanted to wash my hands and feet every time I touched them... bathroom floor also wasn't as heated as I expected. Lastly, the bed was a little too springy and pillows a little too flat. I still slept okay but if upgrades are in the talks, those would be my suggestions :) like everyone else has said, location is great. I really liked that it was in the middle of the block so we had both privacy and convenience to rainbow road. Potentially would consider staying here again.

beautiful and clean and about 30 second walk to the main downtown by the rainbow street, the communication to get fresh towels was very tedious and one day we needed to dry ourselves with sweatshirts lol but would stay again there in a minute :)

Great location. Close to transportation and all shops and restaurants. My unit, lights were dim. Beds were comfortable. Couch and carpet needed a cleaning or freshener. Bathroom and kitchenette was nice and clean. Overall place was nice just needs attention to detail.

Very good spot. Between the location and layout of the apartments I was very satisfied. They also accommodated my early check in which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to returning soon!

Alojamiento centrico, puedes caminar algunos pasos y ya estas en una de las calles mas transitadas con restaurantes, super mercados y tiendas, si vas a pie hay muchos lugares donde rentar tours y tomar camiones que te lleven por la ciudad. La catedral esta a 15-20 minutos andando y la estacion de autobuses BSI a 40 minutos caminando o tambien puedes tomar un camión. Buena comunicacion, me respondian a cualquier hora del dia para las dudas que tenia. Biene equipado con cocina, encontraras platos, cafe, azucar y sal, pero no condimentos para cocinar. Cuenta con lavadora-secadora, pero no cuenta con detergente. No cuentan con estacionamiento propio, si vas en carro tendras que estacionarte en los lugares designados de Parka y pagar en linea, cobra por hora, una noche me costo $5.5 usd. Cuando pregunte por estacionamiento me comentaron que debia ser por medio de parka pero que habia sitios donde podria aparcar gratis pero no dueron muy especificos de en donde estaban, tal vez estaria bien un mapa.

The property was in a perfect location. Shopping, dining, grocery, all within 100 feet. The units were perfect for four occupants in each. The pull out bed was actually the most comfortable bed I've slept in.

Leider haben wir schon bei der Ankunft einige Mängel im Appartment festgestellt. Telefonisch konnten wir keinen erreichen und auch über den Chat wurde nicht ausreichend reagiert. Die Türe zum Badezimmer war so verzogen, dass unser jüngerer Sohn Probleme hatte, diese zu öffnen oder zu schließen. Der Porzellangriff am Duschkopf war gesprungen und hatte scharfe Kanten. Die gesamte Wohnung hatte eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, sodass sich an der Fensterbank Pfützen gebildet haben. Auch das Fernsehprogramm ließ sich nicht einstellen. Schade, denn auf den ersten Blick war es ein optisch sehr schönes Appartment…aber nur auf den ersten Blick.

Very comfortable and good accommodation. Clean and well stocked. No issues with any communication and they answered the phone within seconds. Very close to all sorts of local shops and tourists spots as well as a key bus stop for practical connections. Very recommended.
