Every good hotel and service

Amazing hotel. Really good value for money. Superb breakfast in two different restaurants. The staff was mainly helpful and polite. However, we booked a room for 6, but it only had four beds, towels, plates etc. First they wanted to charge us for the extra beds, but then gave them for free. The room service was very helpful. Only one pool is open for hotel guests, that was a pity. But all in all very good experience. Would recommend.

Wow. Room was huge! Had a great view. Was sitting on top of mall with skating rink. So plenty of shopping in walking distance. I only stayed 1 night so I didn't get to use room to max potential but i would absolutely stay here again

Little feedback. Please work on your communication responses to my email or phone calls were horrible. Please note not every traveler is from India. Please learn that some of your security features are a little horrible and intimidating at times made me feel like as if I had stole something. Example checking out had someone check the room and the fridge while i was in the room. If you are truely 5 star hotel let’s please act like one. Apart from that stay was nice location is great.

Management is terrible, No customer service at all, I booked through Expedia and paid in full, the amount I have to pay per Expedia hotel did not honored and charged extra and mentioned that Expedia did not correctly charged for New year Gala dinner which was mandatory. I will not visit this Hotel again.
