Repeated stay

Your service apartment was our top choice. We stayed there previously and we were satisfied. Once again, we are glad we chose you. However, one slight discomfort, the shower screen for the master bedroom was not well sealed. Water seeped through beneath the ahower screen, causing the area in front of the toilet door very wet. Otherwise, it could have been perfect.

A great stay at The Sebel.

We chose to stay at The Sebel because of our wonderful experience we had before. The location was great as it was so close to the train station and mall. The staff was polite and informative and very responsive to our requests. Thank you for another great stay!

Pleasant stay, excellent location ...

It was a pleasant stay for us. Location of hotel is excellent. Room was clean and equipped with facilities. However, it would have been better if the use of equipment comes with instructions. Eg. the use of the washing machine in the room.

Great Stay!!

Everything was fantastic. A stone's throw away from the train station & many shops. Amenities were superb although furniture in room are quite old though functional. Staff were helpful. Overall a thumbsup!!!

Stay at Sebel

The apartment was comfy. The 2 bedroom apartment was sufficient for my family of 4. Some furniture looked a bit dated but in general the stay was pleasant. Its location is ideal with Westfield and Chatswood Chase shopping centres all nearby. Overall, a recommended place to stay for vacation.

Room was adequate and location good. Pool was pleasant but no towels or staff available. Spa was broken and it of service- big disappointment for kids. We booked for 4 people but room was set up for 3 - sufficient beeds but not enough towels or pillows. No one answered when I called reception and staff were not very helpful when I went downstairs in search of extra. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Great location but urgent upgrade needed.

The place has become very rundown and badly needs an upgrade. The room had a musty smell. The taps were water saving so the water stream came out very tiny. This the water splattered out of the basin and made the floor wet. The fixed head shower with water saver made showering difficult. Can’t justify this price now. However, the staff were nice and location was great!

年末年始に利用しました。シティから近くメトロで10分程度と便利な場所でした。ショッピングモールやスーパーが近くにあり、買い物も便利。上層階の宿泊で、ベランダからニューイヤーイヴの花火がよく見えました。たいへん素晴らしいホテルでした。機会があればまた利用したいです。

We arrived Christmas Eve after travelling for 4 hours and was told we did not have a booking despite having an email confirmation and an email from the property a few days earlier to confirm. After a very long time and phone calls we were given an apartment that was fine except we had to use a sofa bed (originally booked two singles). The room was not serviced in any way during the 4 days and when I advised this to reception, I basically was given a shrug in response, Very disappointing for a very expensive Christmas stay.

We have stayed at this hotel about four or five times over the last 10 to 15 years. It’s such a shame that it’s been let go. It has good bones and is a fantastic location but it needs a good clean and there is no attention to detail. We had to move from the first room because it had an mould smell and the carpet was a trip hazard for my elderly mother.

Very comfortable, large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. We stayed with grandchildren and really enjoyed our stay. The pool area as lovely and under cover. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Public transport and shops are very close.

Awesome place for short stay

The location is the best feature of this accommodation. It is near and convenient to shops and public transportation. It has spacious rooms, kitchens, and living areas. The staff are friendly and helpful.
