When we checking in Ms Ellie the front staff ,was very Cheerful, friendly and helpful that immediately make your staying a wonderful stay. Also the room was very clean n nice.

Great stay highly recommended

The staff were very attentive and willing to do anything to support our stay. We changed rooms twice - once due to construction noise and another simply for more space. Ended up in a great room where we were very happy. Location was awesome and as we didn't have a card it was very easy for us to catch public transportation.

My friends and I stayed in the 3BR apartment - it was clean, the living room was spacious and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. However, the air-conditioning was not working for us in this hot summer weather. Staff were fast to attend to us, but they did not manage to solve the issue.

Great location and reception staff are very helpful and professional. Only complaint is the housekeeping. Stayed for 6 nights and the bathroom basin, which was really small, and toilet were not cleaned unless I told reception. Bedsheets were not changed and the dishes washed in the dishwasher were not clean. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay.

Sufficient

We had two different rooms and they were both consistently spacious and clean. However, layout of the suite does not fully utilise all the space. It's a basic apartment serving basic needs. Good enough for my holiday purpose.

Great location and lovely apartment

We requested for early check-in and got our apartment when we arrived. The apartment was spacious and clean. Great location just 2 mins walk to Roma Street station and the Goodwill Bridge. The apartment has all that you need from laundry wash to dish washer powder.

Perfect place to stay in Brisbane

Had another lovely experience with Meriton@Herschel! Was given a room at level 71 and we were amazed by the fantastic views. Not to mention the level of cleanliness was improved since my last stay in Dec 2017. Still love the perfect location, most places are within walking distance. Would highly recommend people to stay here for their Brisbane trip! However, for the above, I couldn’t say the same for Meriton@Sydney (Kent Street). The cleanliness at Meriton@Sydney (Kent Street) has gone downhill. Wasn’t good to begin with but had gone worst.

NO HOUSEKEEPING FOR THE WHOLE WEEK

Location was good, walking distance to city and south bank. However, there was NO HOUSEKEEPING for the whole week I was there! They only refreshed the towels everyday. The reason I chose this hotel was that it was indicated at the website that there is daily housekeeping but when I got there they only said housekeeping will be on the fourth day. Fourth day the apartment did not look clean at all! And the shower was terrible! The cubicle was so tiny and shower door had gaps in between! So much water comes out and the bathroom floor was very slippery!

Indifferent service staff, limited onsite parking

Unfortunately, we were disappointed during our stay at Meriton Herschel Street. It’s surprising as we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meriton Broadbeach. The stay was unplesant from the start as upon check in despite an empty queue, the service staff seemed indifferent to us. It was raining heavily and the on-site parking was full. We were struggling to get our luggage’s out in the rain and no one had offered to help / offer a luggage trolley despite seeing our plight. To add to the disappointment, the staff had informed us that onsite parking was full and we would have to go back early before 8 to ensure that we would be granted a carpark access card for the remaining nights of stay there. Our toilet seat in the room was broken. The room also did not have a microwave (for families who need it). The only redeeming point is the location, close to The Central shopping area. Overall, I would not recommend the hotel.

Perfect location and great cleanliness

We had a perfect stay in Meriton Suites, Herschel Street. The location is perfect. Cleanliness of the room is great except for some little dirt and stain on the comforter. Other than that, everything is great. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere else the shopping and eating areas. Will be back again! Not to mention, the staffs are friendly and helpful! Thank you.

Central location close to CBD and Lang Park !

Meriton is good brand name and the hotel at Herschelle is in a good location and very clean and spacious. Only draw back is charging policy when demand is high and charges for car park
