Good location. Comfortable place. Check in process disorganized and complicated. Also, guests have to send pictures of personal documents such as ID or passport through social media to the manager who is not on site, to be able to get a room number and access to the place.

It’s a nice building, the accommodations are nice. Spacious apartments, easy parking, very good breakfast, great location close to the beach, restaurants, street market, all within walking distance. There are 2 companies handling the accommodations in this building. The communication between these two companies is not good which can cause harm to guests.

I loved it!

If you have your family, friends or is going to stay for a long period of time getting this place is the best option. Outside is not the best area but inside is spacious awesome! You may need to get a grill if you want to cook because the stove is small. They have a nice roof top with a beautiful view and chair, pool, and a gym,

The beach 3 blocks away from the property. Flea market 2 blocks away. We had the option to buy breakfast package. Food cooked on site. We ordered dinner on the first day from the restaurant in the lobby of the building. The food was Yeah good.They brought the food to our apartment. Upon arrival we were so tired and hungry. Highly recommended! OK H

Rafael was our agent at Roomo and he was always very responsive, very kind, very respectful, very helpful. The apartment I chose was spacious, 2 bedrooms (1 suite), very comfortable. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We could host dinners at the dinning table with room for 6 people. There’s TV in the living room and in the bedrooms. Breakfast is great! It has typical foods from the region each day including juices. The pool area on the rooftop was lovely as well. My son really enjoyed it. The area is wonderful. There are several restaurants nearby, it’s only 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the street fair. We had a wonderful time and we’ll certainly go back.

it was not clean and there was a motor inside the bathroom that made a lot of noise and heated up the bathroom, it was very hot inside the bathroom and an unbearable noise.

Le résidentiel Roomo Hotel c'est une excellente option d'hébergement . Il à été renouvelé, le bâtiment est fonctionnel ainsi comme les appartements proposées. C'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient, du coup on peut parler que la première fois, il était plus propre dans les parties communes. Et par rapports au équipement des chambre-appartements, même si c'est bien fonctionnel, mérite une maintenance pour pouvoir proposer une expérience plus confortable et agréable. Ainsi comme les fenêtrés, qui n'ouvrent pas, (ou si peu) on est privés de l'air frais du soir, et obligés d'utiliser la climatisation pendant tout les temps dans l’appartement. On comprend qui c'est une question de sécurité, mais il faut trouver une solution qui soit bonne pour tous les parties. En plus, les fenêtres ne sont pas bien isolés, pour les gens qui veulent et qu'on besoin de repos, c'est perdu d'avance.
