Le personnel a été très à la hauteur, aimable et disponible. Sur le lit, un oreiller avec des taches rouges … le personnel a été réactif mais qui ne voit pas ces taches ? Donc ça commence mal mais on garde espoir. Salle d’eau & toilettes pas spécialement au top. Pour le prix ça manque un rajeunissement complet. Jean.

Piscine très décevante

Il s’agissait de notre troisième séjours. Or la Piscine est maintenant accessible par un couloir extérieur très froid. À 17h30, elle n’était toujours pas éclairé et l’air ambiant était froid. De Plus, il n’y avait plus les peignoirs à disposition. Je comprends que le spa soit maintenant en supplément mais l’entrée aurait pu être maintenue comme avant. Nous ne reviendrons plus, nous avons tous était très déçu.

Very good stay. Top-notch breakfast, very friendly, welcoming staff. Clean room, comfortable bed but negative point. Noise from fridge constant all night, with more or less noise depending on the time of day. And sometimes, you could even hear the rooms next door taking their showers.

Séjour parfait !

Emplacement idéal pour une petite escapade de 3 jours en Normandie. A 5 mn à pied du centre ville de Cabourg. Equipe d’accueil très agréable et souriante. Petit déjeuner parfait. Choix suffisant et de qualité. L’espace spa piscine est agrandie et bien entretenu. Le parking privé est très appréciable Je recommande !

Bon séjour dans cet établissement où nous venions pour la 3eme fois. Quelques changements ont eu lieu depuis notre dernier séjour. Malheureusement les animaux de compagnie ne sont plus admis dans la salle des petits déjeuners et nous avons donc pris le notre en chambre… l’avantage de déjeuner en chambre, c’est que nous ne sommes plus importunés par les cris des enfants !! Nous avions demandé le ménage pour le 2eme jour mais le service de ménage n’est passé qu’à 17h le soir … dommage ! Sinon le séjour s’est bien passé 😉👍
