Service i toppklass, fina middagar och skön pool

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Hotellet är fantastiskt vackert och genuint. Service och bemötande är toppklass. Det märks att hotellet sätter en hög standard och anstränger sig för gästernas skull. Rummet vi hade var fint och rymligt. Vi var 5 i familjen (2 vuxna, 2 tonåringar, 1 barn i spjälsäng) som delade på en s.k. juniorsvit och det var tillräckligt. Stort plus för den fina pool-avdelningen. Hotellet ligger en bit utanför Bad Gastein, det tar ca 10 min med buss in till byn. Hotellet ordnar med transporter till och från backen under förmiddag och eftermiddag. Rekommenderar att delta i de aktiviteter och utflykter som hotellet arrangera helt gratis. Vi deltog i fackeltåg och snöskovandring vilket var roligt. En kväll bjöd familjen som driver hotellet på mingel med champagne. Maten är mycket bra. Varierad meny och vackert upplägg. Vi hade halvpension vilket rekommenderas. Vid frukost väljer man meny till middag. Det fanns nåt för alla smaker; kött, fisk, vegetariskt. Bordsservering (ej buffé). Stilfull restaurang. All personal är mycket vänlig och serviceminded. Vill särskilt tacka Gerome i restaurangen som var så rolig och personlig med vår son och Tom, vår glada och trevliga bergsguide, och slutligen hotellets chaufförer som tålmodigt körde oss till och från Bad Gastein. Tack för en underbar vistelse.

Berg hotel met alle voorzieningen ter plekke

Our first night was not good good due to deliveries between 04:00 and 06:00. But the hotel provided us with an alternative room which was much quiter, although the laundary machines started to run around 6AM!!! All in all we eventually had a relaxing few days of hiking, Sauna's and some nice food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tutto eccellente, salvo la cucina (non all'altezza del resto). Un po' di confusione all'arrivo: prenotata ( e pagata in anticipo) mezza pensione, in loco risultava prenotazione per bed & breakfast soltanto: la cosa è stata comunque sistemata con mutua soddisfazione. Dopo ferragosto si è notato uno scadimento soprattutto del servizio ristorante.

Situation idyllique. Chambre confortable, balcon vue superbe sur la montagne. Activités variées pour les enfants. Piscines extérieure et intérieure très bien. très bon rapport qualité/prix pour l'hôtel, mais le restaurant est trop cher si on ne prend pas la demi-pension. Il faut même payer 3 euros la carafe d'eau du robinet! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Détail intéressant : tout est bio.

Mycket bra hotell utanför Bad Gastein

Vi var mycket nöjda med hotel Gruner Baum. Läget var mysigt, lite utanför Bad Gastein, med alptoppar runt oss. Hotellet var mycket fint, genuint med alla bekvämligheter. Rummen är rymliga, med stort badrum och rejäl garderob med plats för väskor och allt annat man har med sig. Pool ute och inne, motionsrum och spa. Personalen var väldigt serviceinriktad. Maten var vällagad och bra komponerad. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta trivsamma hotell!

Love at first sight

We came across this hotel by accident and simply fell in love. The surroundings go perfectly with the layout of the hotel buildings along with the pool area and the spa. Our soon-to-be three year old enjoyed the "Mini Club" play room. The restaurant serves lovely traditional meals in a great setup where each family has a designated table throughout the stay. The staff are overall truly friendly and helpful. The hotel village concept suited us perfectly. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

Sehr schön gelegen, ruhig, Natur pur

Leider trotz Pfingstferien sehr kalt und regnerisch, sogar Schnee. Die schönen Außenanlagen konnten nicht genutzt werden. Für die Kinder war aber Schwimmbad Kinderbetreuung guter Ersatz.

Красивый, уютный отель в горах. Обслуживание неспешное, но это и не требуется так как отель семейный. Рекомендуется для отдыха с детьми и собаками. Вкусные ужины а ля карт.Рекомендую стейк. Спа посредственный. территория красивая и вообще место очень живописное. Номера достаточно чистые/ но иногда уборка зключается лишь в заправлении постели выбросе мусора.

Det var et bra hotell og servicen var utmerket, men det var ikke brannvarsling på det rommet vi fikk og heller ikke i resten av bygget som besto av mange rom. Da vi påpekte det fikk vi et nytt rom fort og greit. Det er imidlertid betenkelig at det ikke finnes brannvarsling i et svært gammelt trehus med mange beboere.

Avkopplande, mysigt och trivsamt

Vilket läge! Som en filmkuliss! SPA med varmt bad och bastu som vi nyttjade varje morgon, superstart på dagen (och avslutning). Vi fick en rejält god personligt serverad frukost med trevlig personal. Bra tips på bra vandringar. God middag och alltid med gluten, laktos alternativ. Rolig man som serverade middagen på kvällarna. Allt var topp ... lugnt och skönt ... tills weekend kom ... då var det helt plötsligt barnskrik och romantiken och lugnet var borta ... så att tänka på för hotellet ... vi par/vänner/singlar som vill fortsätta med lugn semester och kanske har "barnledig" helg skulle få en chans att sitta mer avskilt och inte mitt ibland familjer med småbarn som hojtar för att de inte får som de vill ... restaurangen hade ju flera möjligheter som kunde nyttjas till detta. Annars var allt på topp!

Den Kurzurlaub total genossen

Tolle Lage, abgelege und ruhig, direkt am Fluß entlang zieht sich dieses Hoteldorf. Sehr nette Angestellte, guter Service, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Koch. Die Infrastruktur ist in die Jahre gekommen, passend zur Umgebung, jedoch gut in Schuß gehalten.

Уютный семейный отель

Уединенный, в сказочно красивом месте Австрийских Альп отель, куда хочется возвращаться вновь и вновь! Качественная кухня, отличное обслуживание, удобные кровати. В отеле имеется игровая комната для детей, бильярд, замечательный SPA комплекс с бассейном, прокат беговых лыж. Приветствуется отдых с собаками.
