Great location

It was a okay hotel in this price range. The washing machine was tricky as the handle was broken and had to be opened with a spoon. Good location and a bus stop right on front. Nice bed with good pillows.

garage car park slot is a bit small. although my car is small, as long as there are some big 4 wheel drive there, I can barely walk pass it with the luggage. (From lift to gate 3 car park, the hotel needs to reserve people walk way, those big vehicles actually block the passage totally.)

Fantastic experience all round. Management was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy and clean and exactly what was advertised. Very safe parking. Very convenient location. Will absolutely stay there again when require.

The location was good. I was disappointed that they were unable to supply additional coffee sachets when asked. I was there 3 nights and only 2 sachets. They advised me they only had decaf. Also would be worth them having maintenance check the units. I had a constant dripping tap on the bathroom

Fridge door very rusty. Shower amenities not built to code. Bathroom floor had a caution tape over the doorway shower door unable to seal shut. Door to balcony fell off when we opened the door. Pictures on internet were deceptive of reality of room. Intense cleaning odour on entry to room unable to stay in room initially. Staff were friendly

Our room was nothing like the photos, our 'view' was the water logged turfed roof of the building behind. Double bed too small for two of us, tiny bathroom near impossible to get in and out of the shower. For the price, just expected more.

We were looking for an apartment for a 2-week stay, where we could have a decent kitchen to prepare our own food, so as not to have to eat out for a solid 2 weeks. This place was perfect for us. There was even a good supermarket right next door, and a bus stop on the doorstep (with frequent buses into city centre). The kitchen had 2 electric hobs, oven, kettle, microwave, sink, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, and we could prepare decent home-cooked food. There was also a washing machine in the apartment, and a drying rack, as well as iron and board. Towels, toiletries, washing-up liquid, laundry detergent, tea/coffee, were all provided. The only difference between this apartment and a permanent home was its size - the apartment was the size of a hotel room (complete with the usual hotel room features/furniture, including a safe, and WiFi at no extra cost). There was an underground car park in the basement of the building, but there is an extra charge to use it (we didn't use it this time - we rented a car for a couple of days only for a short trip out of town). We were lucky enough to also have a view out of our window, where the harbour was just in view in the distance. We would definitely be happy to stay here again should we need a short-term temporary home in Sydney in future.

Stayed last week for 4 nights. Before arriving, I advised that I will be arriving at the hotel after reception has closed. I was given a clear, friendly concise email providing instructions on how to access the hotel and my room key and it all worked perfectly smoothly and well. MY ROOM: I requested a room with a view and a bit quiet and that was what I got. The carpets, bed, bathroom were very clean. The washing machine worked well My room had a mini kitchen but was well equipped along with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and a dishwasher along with pots, cutlery etc. Room was very clean. Towels , face wash clean TV-Had a good sized Smart TV . Bed and pillows-comfy and has power outlets on the side bed easier when i was charging my phone. SERVICE-Very friendly service, easy check in and out. They were able to keep my luggage as my flight was not till the evening. AREA-perfect, Not far from the city, bus stop right in front of the hotel, lots of eateries SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: 1. Pls provide a nicer smelling body wash and shampoo 2. I stayed for 4 nights but it would've been nice if the rubbish was collected daily and at least have the room cleaned every 2 days. It was fine with me as it was only me staying but it would have been quite messy if there were 2 or more in the room. 3. Pls provide a nicer smelling scent for your bathroom. You can smell a bit of sewer when you flush
