Pleasant stay

Stayed for the night of 27 November. Was given a room on the 1st floor. However, was granted a complimentary late check out!. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had all the facilities including A/C. Kitchenette, Washing Machine, Dryer as well as dishwasher. Essentially everything u require to make yourselves feel at home. Hotel is situated in the Richmond district, hence the name. Coles is situated a 5 mins walk down the main road. Yarra Tram stop (Route 48) is just outside at the main street, providing a relatively convenient access to Southern Cross station. ( For Skybuses to Melbourne Airport) Would definitely stay at Adara Richmond if i am to visit Mel again.

A weekend getaway

This hotel is was indeed a relaxing environment to stay in. It is not too expensive and it is kind of secluded from the noise of the CBD. The cab fare to the city will only cost $10 - $12. It is good to stay in a hotel with a balcony instead of being stuck in a hotel room in the city that windows are glued shut.

Property is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Good location can walk to MCG , Rod Laver Arena or catch tram into city . Coles supermarket in walking distance and plenty of wonderful food options . Good range of different types of shopping available. Would recommend.

Great location, on site safe parking, easy walking distance to the venue we were going too to see a band, friendly staff on arrival, our room was so spacious and had everything we needed, nice and qiuet, clean and tidy throughout the hotel, we would definitely stay here again.

Location excellent when attending Epworth Hospital. Feel very safe and tram stop very close. Room a little tired but very confortable and had everything we needed.

The room I had was really not that clean. All around the edge of the bath had mould in the chalking. The carpet was old and stained in a few places. The kettle had handprints all over it and looked filthy. Limited parking and not one word from the staff about where to park etc,. There was noisy people yelling out from the balcony near me. Not great. Didn’t think it was good value won’t stay there again

This property is well located, and considering it's location is fairly quiet. It's very close to all the hospitals within Richmond and East Melbourne. Definitely recommend staying here
