Conveniently located next to the St Philippe bus station and Campus SophiaTech. Note that the desk is not open 24/24, which may be an issue if you plan to check in late.

Couple on overnight stay

Great value for the price. Close to shops and restaurants. The only downside was that the hotplate (stove) wasn't working and the bath tub plug was missing

This hotel makes me feel very high-end and the surrounding area is very quiet. And the scenery outside the window is so beautiful that I can’t forget it! It gave me a good impression of Southern France. Highly recommend to people who will look for a hotel to stay when they want to visit Cannes! Importantly people need to have a car to get access to the place.

I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. So it was a place where I was able to rest and then gather energy for the busy days ahead, exploring. So I would stay again if I were to visit Nice again.

The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half 6

Nice apartment with comfy bed and lot of space. Close to a small centre with restaurants, supermarket and a post office. A bit worn down and in need of a thorough cleaning. But for us who were out all day and only slept there it was perfect. The breakfast was okay, not impressive, so if you are planning on outings off area then you’ll easily find other options nearby to your liking.

Inaccurate Website Description

The property is nice and the location is good. The only issue I had is that the website is misleading, it says that they offer cribs in the description and I even requested it in the notes when making the reservation. I received a welcome email a few days later after booking stating everything was ok. When I arrived the room did not have a crib, I went down to the reception to request one and I was told they didn't have cribs because people steal them. In summary we had to sleep with the baby in our bed. Had I known this property does not offer cribs like website says, I would have not book my stay here.

Linings not clean, with long hair on the bed sheets. The Safe not working, when asked the front desk about it and why I cannot set up a password I was told “because it is not working and I don’t know why!”. Also, my wife noticed that the fire alarm not working in the room, and for that I was told that they will try to see if it is a battery, if not then needs to wait until Monday to solve the issue ( we checked in on Friday).

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal Das Apartment was wir hatten war sehr schön und sauber. GrĂ¶ĂŸe war gut, mit Wohnzimmer mit KĂŒchenniesche einem Schlafzimmer mit genĂŒgend Platz, Badezimmer mit Wanne und einem extra WC. Terasse sehr groß mit Tisch uns StĂŒhlen, WĂ€schespindel. NĂ€he zu Nizza, Cannes usw ist perfekt. Pool sehr sauber und grĂ¶ĂŸe sehr gut. Fitness ist auch sehr sauber und GerĂ€te gut. Jetzt zu den negativen Punkten: Klimaanlage ist der falsche Ausdruck es ist eher eine WohnraumlĂŒftung. Die ParkplĂ€tze in der Tiefgarage sind super und groß genug, jedoch die Abfahrt ist abenteuerlich, Mit voll besetztem Auto oben an der Kante schon aufgesessen und jedes mal auch unbeladen unten mit der Stoßstange am Boden gestreift, zwar alles ohne BeschĂ€digung aber es hört sich schon komisch an wenn man streift. Aber das Auto steht sicher und versperrt. WĂŒrde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr ansprechend! Moderne Zimmereinrichtung und gute Parkmöglichkeiten! EinkaifsgeschĂ€fte sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und die Lage des Hotels ĂŒberhaupt ist sehr gut! Der Check-in verlief ganz unkompliziert und einfach! Alles in Allem sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und wĂŒrden jederzeit dort wieder buchen!

L’établissement est facile d’accĂšs, avec un parking pratique, etc. Le seul point nĂ©gatif, pour moi, est que la tranquillitĂ© de la piscine a Ă©tĂ© perturbĂ©e par les cris et l’agitation d’un groupe de jeunes Ă©tudiants logĂ©s dans une rĂ©sidence Ă©tudiante Ă  proximitĂ©. Il semblerait que cela soit tolĂ©rĂ© par la direction, mais ce n’est tout de mĂȘme pas agrĂ©able pour les clients de l’hĂŽtel
