Disappointed Stay

Cockroaches welcome us during the 1st hour after checked in!! Cleanliness was poor and the hotel looks in a pretty bad shape and seriously in need for a big overhaul.. Internet is not free and free breakfast is limited in a crowded area.

The buildings are vintage 1970s-1980s, so they have typical cracks as they have settled over the years. This could allow for pests to enter, but the diligence of the room service staff along with the maintenance staff and the resulting cleanliness of the facility make it difficult for the critters to access the property.

The place was clean except for some dirty sheets on one of the beds. There was an odor in the room probably due to old carpet The grounds were well kept. It felt safe The Wi-Fi was very unstable unless you pay extra. Bad cell phone signal while inside the rooms.

Don’t stay here!

The property is very old, smells moldy, ants in kitchen, roaches in bathroom crawling through broken floor tiles. Stay away from this place. When l checked out l was asked what my room number was, not asked how my stay was- they don't want to know and they don't care! Two nights was more than enough in this place. Resort fee for ZERO amenities- stay away!!

I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a newer improved room. The only issue is it wasn’t and the TV in the second room didn’t work. I asked on the morning of our last day for someone to fix it and to bring us towels and sheets at 8:30 in the morning it was never done so at 9:30 at night when I got back I had to ask again for those supplies

It was good and can be better

The hotel is well located and the facilities are cozy, although a little old. Overall, we had a good experience with this accommodation, except for the occurrence of cockroaches (quite large ones) that appeared more than once. There must certainly be a pest control service, but it seems not to be enough. The cleaning of the rooms (vacuuming, sweeping, etc.) is your responsibility, since the cleaning service usually changes the trash. I see room improvement opportunities, especially since it is very well located, and I understand that the objective of my trip was achieved, despite these reservations.

Booked a 2 bedroom condo. The location was great for our trip. They allowed us to do an early check in which was a bonus. We basically shower and sleep with our condo so luckily we don’t mind the outdated living room furniture/kitchen appliances. The place was a great price compared to other condos in the area that are more updated.

Great one bedroom suite. Good location. Nice kitchen with everything you might need to cook with. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Close to shopping . The only thing missing (in my opinion) is a washer and dryer in the suite .
