Verry terrible service! No flexibility if you arriving late due traffic... i don't recommand this accommodation to anyone who travels from far. The solution was very simple, but the guy who works at the reception was very grumpy. I will also cancel my reservation in august on my way back to the Netherlands, because it was very stressfull for us..

Beautiful building with a gorgeous flowering almond tree on the front terrace. The sound of the Tech river from my balcony is magic. Excellent bed and linens. The breakfast is good (11 Euros) but the tea and coffee are awful due to the chlorinated water. "Ambient music" in the reception area, bar and dining room is annoying noise. Very friendly service.

We've been in many french chateaux but this one is far from autentic and urgently needs refurbishing. Rooms are big but cold,the hallway is even more depressing with dirty carpets and the outside of the hotel needs painting. If you're looking for a romantic hotel, look for other options. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and the river next to the hotel is nice. To have a ( warm ) diner, you need to take the car, hotel only serves cold meals and snacks.

Très bel endroit au bord du Tech, personnel adorable (le patron est sur tous les fronts pour vous satisfaire). Très bien situé pour découvrir la région. (Appart'Hotel est situé à Amélie les Bains et non à Arles sur Tech)

Sejour avec un chien

Très bon séjour, nous avons passer un bon moment dans l'établissement Castel Emeraude avec ma mère ainsi que mon chien. Les chiens sont les bienvenus dans cet établissement avec même un petit plus à notre arrivée. L’emplacement de l’hotel proche de la rivière est tres appréciable, lieu tres calme nous recommandons.

Koselig plasserte stoler nede ved elven. Trang dusj. Ikke moderne rom, men helt OK. De hadde ikke noen kjente sorter brus til middagen. Enkel bevertning. Noe avsidesliggende plassering på hotellet, men bra utgangspunkt for inngangen til Pyreneene. Parkerte foran hotellet.

Très bon séjour pour la troisièmes fois, seul point négatif les chambres qui donnent sur l arrières du chemin de randonnées,manque de clarté, et la salle de bain manque de lumière pour ce raser et ce maquiller,,a part cela personnels ,et direction au top ,et le cadre très agréable, nous allons vite revenir ,cordialement

Le charme et la douceur de vivre

Très bel accueil d'Antony et de Jean-Christophe avec le petit maitre des lieux Obelix ! C'est un endroit charmant et retiré où le calme règne avec en bruit de fond la rivière Le Tech. Le concept du soir plancha de charcuterie ou de fromages locaux est très sympa. La décoration faite avec beaucoup de goûts et de soins rend ce lieu encore plus chaleureux !
