Good location - horrible room

The kitchen was too small to use, the balcony door was unable to close at the top, there were bugs in the room and the room was dirty in the corners and under the bed. No power outlets by the bed, all switches were at one place at the entrance. Location was fine, but that’s about it.

No cot available despite booking one

The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us.

Une nuit deux adultes deux enfants appartement hôtel vieillissant et qui manque un peu d'entretien néanmoins gros point positif sur l'accueil téléphonique ou sur place. Cet établissement mériterait d'être rafraîchi un peu mais pour le reste rien à dire literie confortable.

Très décevant dans l’ensemble : propreté douteuse, pas de serviette pour les mains, code d’entrée avait changé, pas été mis au courant, un client est venu nous ouvrir,ouf! Petit-déjeuner très basique, accueil très moyen, prix élevé par rapport à la qualité, bâtiment mal entretenu. Positif: parking privatif. Négatif : télécommande TV ne fonctionne pas. Indigne d’un trois étoiles. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.

Cet appart hotel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Il y a tres peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et pas de prise électrique pour les appareils ménagers. Les rideaux sont en mauvais état. On entend le tramway tard dans la soirée et le mobilier est rudimentaire.

nous avons eu la surprise d'être surclassés et c'est vraiment un beau cadeau: grande suite confortable avec une baignoire,cuisine à part ,lit king size. On pourrait y passer plusieurs jours sans se gener pour vivre .

Arriver au petit déjeuner avant l'heure de fermeture indiquée. Salle déjà fermée, vidée, nettoyée donc fermée depuis un moment. Heureusement que nous n'avions pas payé à l'avance. Fermé avant l'heure n'est pas acceptable. Mettre seulement deux rouleaux de papier toilette pour 7 personnes n'est pas assez. Surtout lorsqu'on ne va pas qu'uriner.

Personale poco professionale. Struttura sporca. Siamo a privati abbiamo trovato la stanza sporca e non rifatta. Il responsabile al posto di credere alle mie parole e darmi un altra stanza , è andato a controllare se avessi detto la verità... Sconcertante. Dopo mi hanno dato un altra stanza ... Ma solo dopo ... E senza nemmeno un cado' di scuse ... Anzi sembrava quasi li avessi disturbati... Indecente

Je suis arrivé sur place le soir avec la porte de l’hôtel et l’accueil fermé. Heureusement une personne qui avait une chambre m’a ouvert. Il a fallu ensuite téléphoner pour avoir un code de coffre fort pour récupérer ma clé et tout ceci n’était pas précisé. Qu’elle ne fut pas ma surprise, lorsque j’ai vu l’état de la douche, les radiateurs rouillé, et le bruit des étudiants dans la résidence. C’est un jour que je ne renouvellerai pas. Je précise que le personnel sur place le matin était adorable et très accueillant aussi bien petit déjeuner qu’à l’accueil.
