My first choice place to stay in Westlock

Check in was easy and fast. I love the lay out of the room. Even tho there were 2 beds one for each of us we had privacy from each other. Instead of bed right beside bed the bathroom was between us. We each had our own tv and own space. Beds were very comfortable and a wonderful menu for the free breakfast included. I will stay here again when I find the need to stay in Westlock.

Air conditioners, deadbolts, phones and tvs didn’t work, so got moved to 3 different rooms, before finding one that was actually acceptable Loft Beds were comfortable, hide-a-bed mattress must be 20 years old in room 257 Rooms were mostly clean but extremely old and outdated Stairs to loft are circular-fell a few times (adults and kids.

Great value for the money

It's not a 5 star hotel by no means but it is clean, comfortable and best price at the time of my travel. You get a breakfast each morning and not muffins and coffee, you get to choose between 5 different meals there is a Continental breakfast as a choice but it was not available at time of my stay. I would stay there again.

Reserved King Suite. Room was hot and stinky, couch stained in numerous spots, when we pulled out couch for hide a bed it was full of crumbs, gross old mattress and no sheets. Requested different room. Second room had better air conditioning and smelled a bit better, but still stained couch, still dirty, still food and crumbs in pull out couch, still old mattress with no sheets. We have stayed there many times over the last 3 years, but will not be staying there again.
