This is a beautiful hotel that is super clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with a separate room for the kids, a kitchenette, a clean bathroom and a balcony. We were only there for 6 days which was perfect. Buffet is fantastic with so much choice and themed days. The staff are AMAZING! So helpful, kind and willing to go the extra mile. There's also a mini disco, snack bar, arcade room, basketball court, great sized pool, and the beach is only a 5 minute walk down the road. Such a great location with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Well done 3hb Humbria!

We spent a great week at this hotel with 2 young kids. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, the entertainment team were excellent with the children both poolside and in the evenings! Food and drinks options were good for the whole family. We will definitely look at coming back here, great hotel in this price range in a pleasant quiet area within walking distance of the beach.

Really impressed by this property. I attended as Auntie, without children, and it was still really good for adults. The food was great. Only issue was the pinch points in the dining area creating a bottle neck and people cant get through. Free parking underneath.

Nice but wouldn’t return

Lovely hotel, huge hotel room surrounded by balconies. Lovely friendly and very attentive staff especially in the food hall. Unfortunately especially being a family hotel I would not return due to the amount of smoke from cigarettes everywhere. I travelled with my three month old and everywhere we sat down we were forced to move when people sat next to us and smoked. This happened everywhere we went. I spoke to the staff about this on check out but they didn’t say anything. I would highly recommend getting a smoking zone/area as new mums especially will be uncomfortable with their child when surrounded by the constant clouds and smell of smoke.

The cleanest apartment and resort I’ve ever stayed in . Fantastic facilities so much to do at the complex and the entertainment staff really made the holiday extra special great for children and families . Nothing negative to say food was excellent great selection of drinks service was great if we return to Portugal we would stay here again loved it.

Great hotel

This hotel was amazing, the staff was super friendly and nothing was to much bother. The hotel and grounds were spotless. There was a great variety of food and quality was great. The on site water park was great with lifeguards on hand. The water park was enclosed so it was very safe with little one. I would definitely go again.

The property itself was great!!! Not the newest, but very well maintained and clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, so no complaints there. I was just surprised at the number of smokers and how acceptable it is to smoke in public/around other people. Had I known that ahead of time I would have looked for a non smoking resort.

Great Destination for family holiday

Stayed with grandparents and children (4 + 6) in July 2024. Very friendly staff, and hotel immaculate. Food very standard all inclusive fare, but fresh and tasty with an outdoor seating area which was nice in the mornings and early evening. Kids club runs twice a day and staff are excellent. Activities a little basic but kids enjoyed most of them. As we were leaving it was starting to get pretty busy, so imagine in August may feel reasonably crowded, last couple of nights struggled to find any where to sit for the evening entertainment, didnt seem to be enough chairs! Overall really enjoyed our stay and would love to return same time next year!

Solid family stay

A solid family resort, the kids club was 5 stars they were all brilliant with our oldest. The food was alright and the room was very good. To improve, I'd suggest more variety of dinners, slightly disappointing considering the cost of the all inclusive stay. Slightly annoying that after day 1 we weren't allowed inflatables in the pool, particularly for the baby, made any pool visit stressful and it wasn;t clearly explained.

Gluten/dairy/lactose free guest dream hotel!! :)

Guests with dietary restrictions, this hotel is the place for you! Everything is clearly labelled AND the team are aware of your allergies too. hen entering the dinner hall at every meal we were asked if we need anything, every morning, the wonderful Dina knew what wed like and proceeded to run around for us. She brought Gluten free toast to our table every day, with soya milk and gluten and lactose free muffins which were warm :) and soft and full of flavour. They also have theme nights, vegan sushi was amazing! Lots of food choices with vegan and healthy areas throughout the day. Cider on tap is Somersby yum. Bottles of wine available to take to your table at meal times which is a lovely touch! Rooms are clean and beds and towels tidied daily. Pool area is clean and manned by a lifeguard. Small pool area for littlies is partly shaded as the sun goes over. Waterpark was a hit for the kids with kids club area in amongst but all fenced in with playpark too. If you’re a parent alone then this is a great place to go! Ents team were lovely, something different every night. We arrived late and reception had arranged some plates of food to be left in the kitchen for us. You feel very special at this hotel, nothing is too much trouble, I cannot wait to go back!

This hotel was amazing! Not one bad thing to comment. Whole hotel, pool area and rooms were of an excellent standard. Hotel was very accommodating when emailing them. In advance of my booking. Kids area ideal to watch them play from your sunbed. Rooms were spacious and clean. All inclusive food and drink great too. Highly recommend and would return. It was my first visit but my families second.

Great for a family with younger kids

Very pleasant stay but not really walking distance to anything else. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All inclusive was nice, breakfast was fantastic, but lunch and dinner was just average. Lots of choices but nothing stood out. If ur looking for portuguese cuisine, it wont be here. Great if you have kids. I would go back with my child but as a couple only trip i would go elsewhere.

We have just arrived home from a fantastic stay at Club Humbria. We travelled as 2 families of 4 and we all said we would return and recommend this hotel. The food was very tasty and we always found plenty that we liked to eat. The snack bar was great for the children to grab something at lunchtime in between enjoying the slides or kids club. The breakfast was lacking a couple more choices of cereal for the children and maybe an omelette station would be a great addition at breakfast. The rooms are big and were cleaned daily and we had a great room overlooking the pool in block G. The beach is only a short stroll away which was nice for a change of scenery. Towels can be changed daily at reception, which is fab. The entertainment for the kids was great, but it did start a little late for toddlers and young children. The staff work so hard at the bar and keeping the grounds immaculate too.
