Luxurious accommodation with beautiful views! Nice uncrowded pool and beach chairs! You buy your own food at Safeway, but it saves you money and you get exactly what you want. It’s so much better than paying $60 a person for a breakfast buffet at the Kea Lani. We chose to skip breakfast there.😂 On our last leg of the trip we both wished we would have picked the Villas over the Kea Lani. It was so much more pleasant at the Villas! The Villas even had an ocean view adults only pool that you didn’t have to fight for a pool chair at 6 am

Family Loved It

The WB Villas are fantastic "ApartHotels" complete with all the trappings & comfort of our own home, particularly in the kitchen. The property is more of an adult resort with only one small 'family' pool while the larger pool near the beach is adults only. Our unit was furnished for adults, but with over 3,000 sq ft of space, easy to make do. 3-star on communication due to no calls answered or returned without our going to front desks, after which time staff was very courteous & responsive. All other categories 5-stars.

We loved the proximity to the beach. The grounds are so beautifully manicured. Our unit exceeded our expectations and is one of the most welll stocked kitchens. Loved everything about this place! The staff are amazing!

It was not a hotel at all We paid so much money per night and was charge resort fees too but they didn’t even clean our room at all and the main pool was adults only so if u have kids don’t ever stay in this place at all

We were in a beautiful modern 2 bedroom unit in Penthouse I, with a sofa-bed in an enclosed area (separate from the living room couch & sitting area). It had a nice balcony and outdoors sitting and dining area. The entire villa and walkways are beautifully kept. The front desk was always prompt in responding to our questions and needs. The villa is a quick walk to the Shops at Wailea (and safe for teens to walk to by themselves). It is also an easy walk to get onto the Wailea Beach Walk and Wailea Beach (which we felt was one of the nicer stretch of sandy beach in this whole walk). There are 2 pools: one for families, and one for adults. The underground parking was very convenient. My 3 negative comments are: 1. the concierge (Scott) reached out to us a week before our departure to suggest excursions - to us, this was too late to have good choices. I would contact the Villa after your booking for the concierge's contact and get your excursions book early. Scott said we would save money on fees, but we didn't want to change what we booked already. 2. Another negative is the beach chair setup closes at 3pm (to get a chair). You can stay at the beach until 5pm before the chairs are stored for the evening. Many times we were not back to the Villa until late afternoon, and would have liked to sit at the beach but was deterred by this. 3. Our unit did not have a kitchen venting system, so any cooking odor will stay in the unit. You can use the patio BBQ to avoid this
