The condo that we stayed in was clean but had NO cookware. Unit had two pots and no frying pan. We’ve stayed there several times before but this was first time we encountered not having cookware. Also didn’t have any towels for the pool.

The only good thing about the property is that its within 15 mins drive from Disney and has stores around it. The presentation is very good but the property is not clean, the carpets are very dirty and I used 2 properties and both had issues in washroom , cleanliness issue and kitchen amenties issue. Even if you complain about something, you will receive an automated message but no actual action, i stayed with flooded bathtub for 3 days.

Went for a family wedding. Stayed on the 9th floor. Views were amazing! Could see lake on onw side, and downtown disney from other side. Could use updates throughout the place, but was fine as we werent there very much. Pool was warm. Cute little Tiki bar by the pool. We would stay there again.

This was our 2nd visit to Blue Heron and it didn't disappoint. Great location. Suggestions: Update the chipped furniture. Put blinds or shade the windows in the fitness room. The sun is blinding in the morning.

The one great thing about this property is that it is one block from the entrance to Disney. HOWEVER, I did not appreciate going to check in and being told there is nothing under my name. I USED EXPEDIA TO BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!
