At Grande Florida Beachside Resort, relax at one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools, or spend the day on the nearby beach where you can enjoy surfing/body boarding. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Housekeeping is not available.
Grande Florida Beachside Resort offers 60 air-conditioned accommodations with washers/dryers and a safe. Rooms open to furnished balconies. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Accommodation at this 3.5-star aparthotel has kitchens with full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and separate dining areas. The property was just like it was described. It was good value for money. Location is great with access to the beach and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the kids had a great time in it. I would stay again.

Our stay at The Grande Floride resort was awesome. The kids had a ball, they spent every spare minute in the heated pool. We loved how close it was to the beach and great cafes in miami Also surprised with how quiet the nights were even though the resort was full. We will definately stay again

Amazing gardens and pools (1 heated), great games room with a kids claw machine that wont stop till a prize is won, easy walking to beach and shops, clean and classy rooms with everything you need. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for always making our family holiday special!!

Second time staying here in 4 months. Only issue is wear and tear on appliances and floor could do with a sweep. But we came back because the place in general is ideal for a family stay.

It’s in a great location and still has a friendly feel. However apartment we were allocated was tired and lacking in kitchen appliances and utensils. No aircon in bedrooms a further negative. For the price per night, we’d look elsewhere next time.

I stayed with my teenage boys and it was a great fit for us, loved the view from the balcony and the access to the pools. Only slight downfall was the stairs, carrying heavy luggage up them was a little bit of a mission but that was just a minor thing! Staff were lovely and receiving the texts a few days before was a nice little touch that helped reassure us that if we needed anything before, and during our stay we could ask! We felt like we were in a little community, with everybody saying hello to each other and socialising. The undercover parking was good too, considering the area was undergoing roadworks and parking in the street would be a challenge! I will definitely like to come stay again in the future!

Reception was lovely & friendly, facilities were nice & clean, could do with an uplift. The apartment was not very clean at all; dirty dishes in the cupboard, balconies on both sides floors were sticky, the floor of the apartment was filthy to the point we were shoes the entire time, the main bathroom had dirty feet marks in the bath. Apartment is a great size, this too could do with an uplift & most certainly a decent clean. Location is great & will be even better once the tram works are complete.
