Please Pay Attention

Staffs are friendly, local area is Good but the rooms are old and decor is too old. No coffee making facility, no even a small water bottle daily. Corridors are too dark and kind of horrible. Breakfast choice is too limited with even no toaster at the set up.

Local area is Good & staff were friendly. No amenities in the washroom. No even complimentary small water bottle was provided. No electric kettle was in the room. On my request, the front office sent a broken kettle but without any sachet of tea or coffee.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Small hotel with professional and responsive staff. The eating options are limited with 1 on-site restaurant but they offer a small assortment of dishes through the room service menu. The wi-fi was strong and accommodated video conference calls during my weeklong stay. The complimentary airport shuttle service is prompt

Could be cleaner. A bit of dust here and here. Swimming pool not that appealing. Breakfast rather limited. Staff are nice though.

en comparaison aux autres hôtels une référence

Comme toujours dans les avis tout est question de comparaison dans une ville donné ici à Nouakchott nombre d'hôtel à prix et gamme équivalent. Cet ancien Novotel est toujours dans la course. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables wifi inclus. Petit déjeuner buffet garni. Le bémol au dernier étage les moteurs des ascenseurs sont TRES bruyants un voyageur avertit demandera à être loin des ascenseurs côté restaurant buffet service au top Comme partout à Nouakchott seul la visa fonctionne très peu de carte bancaire alors attention
