I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property given the amount that i paid. The toilets were dirty. There was hair on the bath tub and the toilet. The sides of the toilet bowl were dirty with stains. The shower area was also dirty especially the wall and the grout. It wasn’t scrub & clean properly. The apartment was dark and not bright. They should consider the lighting. The comforter/duvet was also dirty. It was a bad experience. I wanted to check out early however after much consideration we chose to just suck it up and stay for convenience sake. The counter staff there were good and friendly. Location was also excellent.

Was not accorded room upgrade despite room being available as we found on Expedia for the period of stay. Recieved the bottle of wine, service was subpar at best. Needed to call reception for the basic necessities daily such as all towels. Property environment was noisy and we were disturbed by the ambulatory sounds looming in city under the apartment throughout the night. VIP treatment was nearly non existent. Given late checkout but we were locked out before check out time and couldn’t exit the parking lot as well due to card being deactivated prior to checkout time so we needed to walk back to get help from the reception. Special thanks to duty manager Thomas for making our stay bearable in this property and for orientating us on the equipment how to’s. I must say we had high hopes for this property and didn’t get what we hoped for. This is not a complaint, just some honest feedback based on our stay.

Decent apartment though building looks old.

The positives - very good location that is near the city center, apartment amenities are complete with well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Rooms were relatively big. Negatives- cleanliness can be improved as the some of the furnitures were not well maintained, car parking spaces were limited and no free parking

Awesome family stay

we had an amazing stay at the Adina. The front desk was also very prompt in welcoming me and my family. during two of my stay i left my baby bathmat behind and they managed to find it and return it back to me on my next stay. location was also superb, walkable to many eateries and shopping malls.

Great hotel in Perth city

Good and spacious apartment that is close to Hay Street shopping outlets. Restaurants are abundant with varieties of cuisine to choose from. Very satisfied and will book again for my next stay in Perth.

Decent price and facilities. Location safety issue

Good price, well maintained room and amenities. Awesome service. Location is very accessible (near train and bus station), but neighborhood is rather dodgy. Quite a few shops has closed down due to economic downturn, and there tend to be vagrants hanging out at the betting (NAB) outlet and sex shops (Peep show and sexual wellness) located within 50 meters of Adina's main entrance. Further upstream into the good area, there are great options for food and shopping.
