Great location, great team

The Wild Oscar is a true find in Polanco. It is in a quiet residential area (unless Saks next door has live music ... but that's a nice thing), and only a few walking minutes away from shops and restaurants. The staff is really warm and caring, and try to help with every request, even the smallest detail. The rooms are stylish. The shower is very nice - the shower handle is a distance away from the waterfall shower head, so you can start the water and carefully test the temperature. Great detail. Lovely amenities too. Breakfast gives you a choice of juice, fruit, toast and a selection of eggs or chilaquiles, all very tasty and freshly made. We would definitely come again.

Hotel is beautiful, comfortable and in excellent location. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional (particularly Hugo). Before our arrival we were informed that one of the restaurants would be closed for remodeling. We didn’t care. What we didn’t realize was the lobby would be covered in tarps, furniture jammed together and patio closed. No one wants to vacation with appearance, sounds and smells of construction. Disappointed.

This is a great location for doing walking or day trips around Polanco! The hotel is quiet and close to great dining and exploring. The restaurant in the hotel has great service and food. Highly recommended location.
