Simple check in and out. Huge, clean rooms with everything you need, for including a kitchen and washer/dryer which is super convenient. 5 mins walk to U4 line which takes you to city center, Opera house, Naschmarkt and the Schonbrunn Palace direct. The neighbourhood is quiet so you can have a good rest at night, and plenty of food options around. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Vienna and the apartment was just superb. Clean, well kept and spacious. It was also within walking distance (5min) to the nearest tube line. Highly recommended!

My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. My family stayed in Munich, Salzburg and Vienna, Vienna apartment hotel is the one we like the most.

房間很大，清潔整齊，交通方便，電車站就在附近。樓下就有2間麵包店，方便買早餐，附近也有兩間超市，方便買日用品。廚房用具齊全，有洗衣乾衣机，也有熨斗。最可惜是沒有冷氣，只有風扇，雖然晚上氣温没有那麼熱，仍可接受，但開窗的話，有很多很多昆蟲飛入屋，我住2樓，面對着馬路，實在很嘈，很難入睡，關窗又很熱啊! 可能冬天入住較為適合。

Pas déçu du voyage, appartement bien plus grand que nos attentes, bien agencé et très propre. La cuisine c’est le best ! Le bâtiment est parfaitement bien desservi en termes de transports Tram 1 / U4 pour visiter l’intégralité de Vienne sans problèmes. On n’a pas beaucoup vu le personnel mais efficace et gentil ! Point noir : pas de Climatisation dans l’appartement… un seul ventilateur pour vous rafraîchir lors de grosses vagues de chaleur. L’appartement est trop bien isolé et n’arrive pas à évacuer la chaleur malgré toutes les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit. Ça peut gâcher vos nuits

Great apartment with double bedroom & single room

Ideal for a couple with grown up child on holiday. Very clean & comfortable would book again though might ask for higher floor as first floor was quite noisy with street traffic. Very easy to walk into Central Vienna in 20-25 minutes & plenty restaurants & supermarkets within minutes of apartment.

Pleasant place to stay!

Apartments are very nice and clean. We had all we needed there. The kitchen was great. Figuring out the washer/dryer combo machine was tricky. Parking was free on weekends but needed to purchase a parking ticket for two hours on Monday morning (charging started at 9) on a side street very close to the apartment. Other streets started at 7 or 8. The parking ticket was purchased at the train/tram station nearby and was very easy to do. I think it was about €5. There are parking garages around if you want to use them. Vienna is a large city with sites to see quite a distance from each other. The apartments are quite far from Schönbrunn palace but it was very easy to buy a tram ticket and ride around to see everything. You can purchase tickets once you get on them if you’d like.
