Awesome Stay

They were kind enough to upgrade our room as we were on honeymoon. Hassle free check in and friendly staff. Room is clean and spacious enough for us. We have personal washer and dryer in the room which is a plus point. Postcard view from the balcony. Location is near the airport and there are a lot of shops including cafes/restaurants and supermarket walking distance.

Comfortable stay

Reception staff is very helpful. Hotel conveniently located 5 minutes drive away from airport and 15 minutes from the city. Clean, comfortable room, and has everything you would need. There is a supermarket and several eateries nearby so that's a plus!

Nice hotel with good facilities

Ramada hotel is very clean and the facilities are good... Will recommend it to friends. Only thing is that it's located outside Queenstown and it will take 15 mins to drive over. Other than that, all is good .

New hotel next to airport

The hotel is great place to stop: convenient location close to airport and near shopping area, and it takes only 15 min to get to Queenstown. Very friendly host at reception who helped to plan our visit. Hotel itself looks almost new, very clean & quiet room, spacious design. Compact but full kitchen, room even had a toaster, wash machine and dryer. Abundance of parking space in the area is a plus as well. Totally recommend!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bonus was the washer dryer in the room especially after being on the road for several days. The area around the hotel is still under development and offered limited choice of restaurants at night. Luckily the supermarket remained open till late, giving one the choice of self catering in the well equipped kitchenette in the room.

Clean Hotel but choose Location carefully

The stay was good but room service not good. There is no one at reception after 8pm which is a little odd. Location is not Queenstown, but Frankton. Frankton is an area which is closer to the Queenstown airport but around 5-6 km away from the main town. You can choose to stay Ramada if you have a rented car else it is not recommended since you would end up spending money for expensive taxis in Queenstown.

New hotel, great if you drive

Brand new... easy parking... cooking facility (though sink a bit small).. whats not to like. Its also in the frankton area so you dont have to cross the kawarau bridge which is prone to traffic jams. Also near the airport... about 15min drive to queenstown... so if you stay here you should have a car. The only complaint would be the fact there us no reception after 8pm. For a hotel that is too early. It should be at least 10pm... esp as queenstown airport has night flights. Other niggling issues include not providing sponge or dishwashing liquid for the kitchenette. Would stay again.

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist sehr praktisch, der Stadtkern ist jedoch fußläufig nicht erreichbar. Sehr praktisch ist die kostenlose Tiefgarage, in der wir zum Glück immer einen Parkplatz gefunden haben, auch wenn wir spät kamen. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kann man von dort bis zur richtigen Etage fahren. Die anderen Hausbewohner waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, war ruhig, modern und sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Hilfreich waren die Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Leider ist es nur möglich einen Late Check-out bis 10:30 Uhr ohne Mehrkosten zu erhalten.

Property was good. Nice and quiet. The rooms were a little disappointing. The second floor had a very unusual smell that was not favorable. When we walked into our room the smell Intensified. We thought it would air out over the course of our stay. After the second day it was complete unbearable. It smelled like someone had cooked fish and left it in the sink or something. We brought it up to house keeping and the front desk and the said they would see what they could do. But nothing ever got done to our knowledge. The shower head was broken and spilled out the side. The washer and dryer were having problems the bathroom fan stopped working. The carpets in the halls had big stains. The restaurant in the lobby was amazing and the parking garage was super safe. You need to have a room key to access the garage so it kept my mind at ease. All in all the staff were very friendly, and tried to be helpful. But the smell was pretty bad.
