Other then the good staff service and not bad breakfast the place is pretty rundown and some amenities are quite old, the room was not bright enough and the aircon wasn’t strong either, for the first two night the water in the shower run out in the mid for showering that have to change to another villa beside it.

Excellent service at taman amertha villas

We travelled as a group of 4 staying for three nights. I can say that it was a fantastic experience at taman amertha villas. The service was outstanding especially by Mr ketut. Although we reached too early to check into our villa, he let us rest in an adjoining villa first and gave us helpful tips on where we could visit. He was also v responsive in contacting us and helping us with our requests. The villa is new and we heard from the owner mamud that it has only been opened for a few months. All amenities are in clean and excellent condition and the private pool is beautiful. I would only add that there should be more hooks installed in the toilet. Breakfast is prepared by the cafe opp and you can choose to eat at the cafe or have it delivered to your villa (wide selection and tastes great). There is a 24 hour minimart right opposite and the villa is also within walking distance of a supermarket and within 15 to 20 min drive from popular restaurants and beaches. Best part is that the price is very reasonable for the quality and superb service we received. we will definitely be back when we visit bali again.

Had a pleasant stay overall. Pool was big enough for 4 of us and rooms were also large. Would be a better experience if the main tv area was enclosed or at least had a ceiling fan to protect from weather and insects. Other than that it was a great experience all around

We were very happy with our stay at Taman Amertha Villas. We felt that we were tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and could relax in our own private villa. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and our villa was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for our short stay. The restaurant had a good range of vegetarian, Indo and western dishes and we enjoyed eating there.

Great little villa with private pool, the property is in good condition, even tough it could use a touch up here and there. Bring your earplugs for sleeping Breakfast was good( no coffee included!😳) Walking 15 minutes to the beach. Beat deal for the area. Great service and as always wonderful Balinese hospitality.

It felt like you’re in a resort except the noise of the vehicles passing by. The staff were nice and polite. The bedroom doors are shaking when the wind blows. The bathrooms can use some improvement. Overall, we liked our stay in the villa.
