I also learned that Natura had many things closed this year and did not inform me of this. Dreams Palms resort was so much better. No bracelets, better food, excellent guest service.

I loved everything about Natura eco beach. It was pleasant and natural. I loved the staff and birds around the park. My room had a wonderful view of the pool and beach area. I will be back. 😊

The worst experience I've had in years, and definitely not expecting it from a place like this. The hotel did not have my confirmed stay and made me pay a cash deposit until they did have it, all while not making any effort to retrieve the information only showing me their email with current reservations, all of them around 1pm that day...I arrive at 10pm...a hotel with no reservations after 1pm..sure! But it can happen if people now how awful it is. Room had a noisy ceiling fan and a broken air conditioning. I call front desk and again, the staff couldn't care less and after waiting 30 minutes for a "technician" whom I knew was going to do nothing at all, he simply said it was set to the lowest point and was not going to cool down more than that. The room is so old the wall plugs are from the ice age and most of them don't work. Food is terrible and don't believe the free wifi. They give you 15 minutes 'free' each day only at the lobby. The place is a terrible and worst of it? The staff too. But I guess it comes with the conditions. No investment to the hotel, poor conditions to the staff. And it reflects. A shame! I am dominican and expected a lot more from a hotel in Punta Cana being the most visited coastal city in the country. Plenty of other great options around, except this one.

Accueil pas évident et écoute difficile dans ce ressort si vous parlez pas espagnol. Propreté de la chambre un peu dérangeante oreiller sale , canapé avec taches aussi , personnel de chambre cependant très souriant , moins pour le personnel du bar et celui du restaurant très bien. Aucun change possible à l’hotel Assez étonnant que ce service ne soit pas disponible. Distributeur avec petite capacité de retrait se méfier leur but étant de fractionner les opérations et leurs commissions.

THE INFORMATION OVERALL DID NOT GET THE ROOM WE PAID IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A KING AND WE GOT TWO SINGLES THE WATER WAS VERY DISSAPOINTING WE HAD TO GO FOR ATWO HOUR DRIVE TO SEE BLUE WATER . SORRY WILL NOT GO BACK.

Surpreendente

Resort excelente, vimos muitas avaliações criticando, porém para nós foi perfeito, quarto bom e limpo ar condicionado funciona bem, o resort é lindo muito bem cuidado cheio de bichinhos soltos como patos e pavões super dóceis, praia bonita com areia branca e água transparente, comida muito boa fresquinha com muitas opções, bebidas boas, e os funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos, Inácio um dos funcionários do resort é muito simpático e nos atendeu em tudo e também fala português, os shows do teatro São muito bons, o de mágica é sensacional, no geral voltaríamos sem dúvida.

The property is very open doors and love the flamingos and peacocks. When we arrived, we had to wait an hour until our room was ready. Reception had a straight face no warm greetings. When we got to our room, it was dirty. They haven’t cleaned it. It was 4 pm at this point. They told us to wait another hour. I asked for an upgrade . Honostly didn’t like the standard room. The upgrade was better. However was offered fruit, champagne and rum, which I never received. The WiFi was also included with sucks. The inclusive drinks are trash. They use the cheapest liquor ever. Worst of all there were roaches and flies in our room. The bed sheets were stained. Service was slow all around! Never again

Excellent food and entertainment, pool nice and clean, mini club for kids. However, we booked a standard room and even thou it was cleaned, out of 3 lights only one worked which made the room very dark at night, there was only 3 plugs which made a lil difficult to charge everything since we were 3 and the plugs were in the bathroom and not next to the bed. There was a hole next to the bed light (which didn’t work) and the cable was coming out Overall it was a very nice experience and I would definitely come back

Loved my stay at Pta Cana! The resort grounds were beautiful with lots of plants and ponds and birds. Food was good, and beaches were amazing! The negatives were little older rooms, and AC was not working well. Despite this, I will definetely stay again in this hotel!

Lo mejor es sin duda la naturaleza. El resto es una decepción tras otra. Las instalaciones están muy anticuadas. Fui por primera vez al inaugurarse hace más de 15 años y no ha cambiado nada. Servicios como el wifi son de pago 15€ al día. Los camareros casi todos pasan de ti si no les das propinas. Vimos varios casos de empleados del lugar que estaban sin comer y haciendo turnos infinitos. Te saturan para que pagues servicios extra. Los días de mercadillo más saturación para que gastes dinero. Uno va a un todo incluido por que están las cosas incluidas.

First trip to dr and this hotel and staff made it amazing! The animation team and servers were all so friendly even the people selling stuff at the beach we’re so nice and willing to negotiate excursions to make your stay there even more amazing. Very satisfied, especially friendly staff!!!
