Great stay for the Olympics

We booked 2 rooms for two adults. Just before coming I was slightly nervous having seen some recent negative reviews. However, our experience was fantastic. From arriving to leaving the staff couldn’t help enough. Parking was really convenient and very reasonable. We had a free room upgrade. The rooms were clean and had a great selection of complimentary drinks and snacks, which in most hotels you are charged for. Location great for the Defence Arena. Will be coming back!

The man at the front desk was rude, the pictures and the condition of the room are two different things, the room was horrible. Expensive for a hotel that is not worth it. Shabby hotel!

We stayed at this property because of its proximity to La Defense arena. The rooms felt like very sad dorm rooms in the US. The bar in the lobby was not open during listed hours. The front desk appeared to overcharge us for taxes. We would NEVER stay here again. EVER.

Our room needed a bit of an upgrade - bathroom door was very squeaky and baseboards around shower were coming off the wall. Air conditioning struggled to keep room cool. Quite far from downtown Paris but accessible by Uber.

The room did not clearn untill we asked. They just prepared the bed and remove the clothes after we asked. But did not sweap the floor. Also, they never refill cofee, tea, milk or water at the room. Not refill shampoo or conditioner as well.

What was unique was that there was a supply of kitchen tools and dining utensils available. The front desk staff did not bother to notify any of us about the wifi, the breakfast, or any of the amenities included in the rooms such as the pots and pans that we were allowed to use. The toilet started leaking after one flush and their solution was to give us extra towels to lay down on the floor. Heating clothes apparatus was also broken. And there were bugs crawling in the bathroom. Half of the staff also did not bother saying hello or good morning.

WORSE HOTEL IN PARIS! DON'T STAY HERE.

THIS WAS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORSE HOTEL I RVER STAYED IN PARIS. WE ARRIVED ONE DAY KATE AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND, THEY PROMISED TO CLEAN THE ROOM AND ONLY CAME TO CHANGE THE SHEETS, WE COMPLAINED AND THEY MADE SURE HAD THE WORSE REST OF OUR STAY. HOUSE KEEPING COME INTO THE ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING AND FOUND MY WIFE HALD DRESSED (NO APOLOGIES OFFERED), ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL, DISHONEST PEOPLE REDUSING TO ADMIT THEIR CLEAR MISTAKES, CHARGED US TOO MUCH FOR BREAKFAST, ALMOST EVERYONE IN THIS PLACE HAD AN ATTITUDE. CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY ZERO. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPOIL YOUR VACATION!
