Decent hotel under the SPG group. The morning breakfast was above the expectations with decent choices. The hotel is not really BIG but has the basic needs for travelers.

Nice soft bed in a clean hotel.

I liked that it was not one of those hotels with hard beds common in China. Staff were friendly, helpful and hotel was clean.

Too good for comfort .....

Nice up-to-date hotel with good facilities. Staffs are pleasant and rather fluent in english. Location is ideal if you are transiting any places via East Station. The downside i had was the smell of the floor carpet in the room was much annoying.

Comfortable and simple hotel

Enjoyable over night stay, though the hotel is not so convienent in regards to public transportation, and they should include the Chinese name of the hotel upon booking.

Staff are helpful. I just wish all staffs were able to speak English as Guangzhou is a business center these days. However, I think it's good effort where they make sure at least one person is able to speak English. Property is clean. Stayed at the suite and they have in room laundry, although, laundry detergent wasn't provided so it's a little hassle. There is a minimarket connected to hotel for convenience. Definitely will stay here again.
